Mortise lock body with latch & deadbolt 3. HOVE horizontal deadbolt 4. Fixed Hinge Side Bolt The exterior trim is a stainless steel breakaway pull handle with plate with mortise cylinder. The cylinder is protected by a steel cap. Best IC cylinder(by others, requires the use of a C258 Cam)

The interior uses a lever trim assembly with a turnpiece. Operation - to retract bolts simultaneously: Exterior - Insert the key, turn and pull the handle.

Vertically-stiffened Hollow Metal door is recommended for strength. 2. 1-1/4” x 8” Mortise opening (see template TMP 5483-F07M) 3. U-channel on top for elevated edge plate and lock side Hove pocket prep. (HOVE = HVL) (see template TMP 5XXXDB-HM-HD-HVL) 4. Hinge side bolt is NOT connected to the lock mechanism. Frame Preparation 1. Mortise 4-7/8” strike standard. 2. Holes for deadbolts to be drilled in field. 3. Other strike plates are not required. Door Handing Order LH, RH, LHR or RHR.
