Controlling entry and exit requires more than digital keypads or card access systems. Restricting door openings is becoming a more frequent requirement. MANTRAP locking systems have been designed to meet modern entry restriction and protection needs. Securitech has taken the best of the mechanical locking world and combined it with sophisticated electronics and electromagnetic locking. MAGLATCH MANTRAP Systems meet fail-secure and fail-safe requirements, as determined by the end-user and respectful of local building and fire codes.

Key or Electric Release Lever Handle Unit

MAGLATCH MANTRAP systems secure the door with heavy-duty 3/4" deadlatch locks as well as 1200 lb. electromagnetic locks. MAGLATCH MANTRAP systems provide greater control and protection than electric strikes or electromagnets.

This unit does not require connection to a fire alarm system. Installation of an alarm is recommended to sound if both doors open simultaneously.
