ATKINS Entisar Tower is a 528 m, tower located on two prime parcels adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road. Developed by Meydan, this aims to be a bespoke living and lifestyle residence, offering its residents and visitors a sophisticated and luxurious experience.Involvement in the project have been on the concept design stage in developing the layout for the amenity floors of the hotel, residential lobbies and the spatial planning for the Penthouses and Royal suites.

The three towers accommodate a total of 959 one, two and three bedroom apartments with two towers being made up of 40 residential floors and the central tower with 45. Involved as Senior Architect in project spatial planning and development of detail drawings till schematic design stage.

The project consist of a traditional Arabian night market located at Deira Islands, Dubai. The development is about 68 hectares large, populated with Ground Floor retail and G+1 F&B structures. The project is planned to be constructed with the prefabricated system, allowing light and easy construction, development flexibility and optimised future tenant fit-out.

The Ibis Hotel & Offices, Al Rigga, Dubai The design responds by using five storeys of offices as buffer zone between the 280 key hotel and the street. Involvement in the project was to develop the façade, from concept to detail development in coordination with façade consultant. The Ibis & Novotel Hotels, Dubai The design comprising two different starrated hotels to a single podium. The involvement in the project was in the later stage of detail design development and multidisciplinary co‐ ordination.

The Iris Mist is set to be a focal part of the multipurpose Dubai Maritime City, located strategically north of the main city centre and Dubai Creek. 200m high, with 55 storeys, one basement, seven floor podium and 48 storey tower, featuring 6 shops, 28 offices and 390 apartments, an expansive gymnasium and an extensive landscaped gardens with a variety of pools on top of the podium.

For ease of description of the multi-component; First floor Podium / Terrace. Retail Zone Service Diagram The First floor has been split into two distinctive components in this section of the report. Retail Servicing • The Inner Podium (which is the roof over the visitors parking) • The Outer Podium (which is the roof over the retail promenade and service promenade) A 2.4 m wide retail service corridor is provided behind the retail outlets. This is directly accessible via a 4m floor to floor vehicular service corridor that extends the entire length behind the retail promenade. These driveway corridors may be accessed for deliveries and collections at 3 gated and security controlled points: Via the service road, off the western aspect of the service and through the side of building one. (Point One) Via the service road, off the southern aspect of site, and under building 12 (Point Two) Via residential round-about, through side road between building 6 & 12 used at limited times.

Access through the link corridor will be limited to vans with the height of 3 meters. However for larger and taller delivery vehicles refuse collection will be provided with a service yard on the western aspect of the site. A similar refuse collection point will be provided on the east.

The proposed Abu Dhabi Marina City development on plots A & B is a response to the client’s desire to provide high end luxury residential developments for a population of approximately 5,000 residents. The design vision is to attract young professionals and families wishing to secure accommodation in a gated community with on site leisure and recreational facilities, as well as the convenience of retail shopping.
