So it is still a trade show but we are adding the social part of it with a very cool jazz band for our entertainment. We are going to be having more games, more fun during the evening. We have great food. We have drinks and you really just get to know all the businesses that are participating with 60 vendors that will be there with their booths all decorated and they are going to be dressed up in the theme which is the 'Roaring Twenties.' It's going to be a ton of fun. We are going to have a dance off in honor of our Fanny Harkins and it's called Dance Your Fanny Off so we are going to have a little 20's dance off with our jazz band and that's going to be a lot of fun,' said Gravett. Sourdellia says while all employees and firefighters were safe, the store did suffer minimal damage.
As of press time Wednesday, the local grocer was still closed. HEB officials say they were working to reopen the store as soon as possible and couldn’t say exactly when that would be.

Marion tightened the clams defensively in the second half, winning the third quarter 13-7 and the fourth 11-9 to notch the four-point win.

HIV Positive Airmen Fight To Stay In Air Force (Washington, DC) -- LGBTQ advocates are preparing to take the U.S. government to court over its policies on HIV-positive service members. Supporters have filed a lawsuit on behalf of two young Air Force members who said they were discharged after being diagnosed with HIV. The suit claims that the men, identified by the pseudonyms Richard Roe and Victor Voe, were unjustly let go as the military rules do not call for automatic dismissal due to the medical condition. The military argued that the men could pose a risk to fellow service members on the battlefield who could come in contact with their blood.

Indiana Governor Vows To Try Again For Pregnancy Protections (Indianapolis, IN) -- Indiana's governor says he is not giving up when it comes to trying to make things easier for pregnant women at work. Governor Eric Holcomb yesterday said he will try again with a proposed pregnancy protection law. The Indiana Senate turned the idea down last week. The legislation would allow pregnant moms to take more breaks or swap tasks to get them more time off their feet. Business groups in the state worry about what the regulations may mean for employers.
