Brandon Sehlhorst

Brandon Sehlhorst is an aspiring leader, passionate about the revitalization of Metropolitan Cincinnati’s urban core. His passion is evident in his work as a Real Estate Associate at the Catalytic Development Funding Corp. of Northern Kentucky. Since joining The Catalytic Fund team in 2012, he has helped to execute three investments, obtain numerous Duke Energy Urban Revitalization Grants, as well as build and maintain a detailed data platform of national and local market data and demographic trends affecting the urban core. Brandon recently earned a Bachelor’s of Urban Planning degree from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from UC as well. Brandon’s time and effort display his dedication in continuing to make Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky a better place to call home.
