JSP ARCHITECTS

SITE AREA OF 10500 sq.m located in the city of Jaipur. We had the opportunity to design this 3-star hotel with built up of 25000 sq.m. We used the design elements of Jaali work which created partitions in the hotel’s exteriors. An S-shaped courtyard with a garden serves as a focal point of the hotel’s design, while also providing natural light and ventilation to the surrounding rooms.

Incorporating arches into the hotel’s design added a sense of grandeur and elegance. Rajasthan has a wealth of natural resources such as sandston and marble using which gave the hotel an authentic and unique character.

This site is located in Karad, Satara. Initially the bunglow was 1BHK having area of 620 sqft and it was only G structure. Later client decided to extend it vertically and make ground floor for business and first floor for living. After knowing client’s requirement we designed his first floor by completly utisilzing his dead space and making it in use and extending area upto 1200 sqft and proving 2BHK with spacious rooms with attached balcony.

This site is located in Karad, Satara. After finalizing architectural part client wanted us to design Interiors. Knowing client’s interior requirements we decided to go with Minimalistic Japandi style of Interiors which can create a harmonious balance between the simplicity and elegance of Japanese design and the warmth and coziness of Scandinavian design. The design prioritizes the use of natural materials, a neutral color palette, and minimalist furniture to create a calming and inviting space that is both functional and beautiful. with the touch of contempoaryWe designed layout considering basic vastu and make space aesthecially beautiful & functional.

This site is located in Awas, site area is 3300sqft. Client wanted us to design facade for his hotel which should be tourist attracting it was limited to cooperate peoples. After studying site. The tertiorary road was approaching corner of the plot so we decided to aims to create a visually striking and welcoming facade that reflects the hotel’s brand, personality, and environment. Focused on southwest corner of hotel with modern design using ACP, WSPjalis, Aluminium panels and glass facade at halls. Added lot of strip & profile light so at the evening time also it will catch the attraction of the people passing by.

This site is located in Sion, Mumbai. It is 1BHK flat having carpet area of 330sqft. Client wanted to renovate and wanted simple kind of interiors. So looking at client’s requirement we went for Scandinavian interior style which is known for their clean lines, minimalist design, and a focus on functionality with light color palatte. Along with that we added some touches of soft colors and florals to create a cozy vibe. As the space is small and constraints were lot, we tried to utlized every inch of space in positive way aesthetically beautful & functional.

Overall interior design of ice cream shop was an extension of the brand fruitvilk, aiming to create memorable experience for customer by incorporating brigh colors, comfortable seating and visually appealing displays, which can create fun and inviting environment that encourages customers to return.

This site is located in Pratapgarah, Uttar Pradesh. Here Nagar Parishad. wanted to create a gathering space for people of pratapgarah where functions can take place like concerts, acts, events etc. So came up with the idea of creating Auditorium with capacity of 978 on grounf floor and 163 on balcony space. Standing on a site area of 9167sq.m. Which has a basement with capacity of 200 4 wheeler car parking. Along with garden space with play equipments where family can spend quality time.

This is redevelopment residential project located in goregaon, Mumbai. It is stand alone project sits on site area of 584 sq.m. Aburting 1.5m wide nalla and 9m wide secondary road. This is 22storey building have the height restrictions of 70m. First floor is occupied by commercial of 126sq.m and residential units ranging from 1BHK with 69.68 sq.m. to 2.5BHK & 2 storey penthouse at 2nd & 3rd floor each floor having carpet area of 173.63sq.m. Here parking tower were created for 30cars and stack parking for 14cars.

This is CIDCO Residence HIG located in Kharghar. Here there were 3 plots P1,P2,P4. In which I was told to do podium design with site plan and landscape which is designed to create a welcoming and functional space for people to gather and enjoy by incorporating greenary, water features, lightning, seating and gathering spaces and considering pedistrain flow.

This project is located in Nagpur. I was given the responsibilty of working in elevation and plan detailing. Overall design of the pediment is done carefully considering as apart of overall elevation of the building it is done in such a way that it add to the visual appeal and character of the building, while aslo serving the functional purpose in highlighting the entrance or focal point of the building.
