A HOUSE is a residential building designed to fulfill the Studio Arsitektur 2 course. This single-story and single-floor house is designed on a land that has a limited area. Space planning and optimal-circulation planning are the focus of design so that the house can meet the needs of a small family—father, mother, and one child.

01 Site The 156 m² site is located on the east of Jalan Melon Mundusaren which is an area with a residential-use plan.
02 Progamming The private zone is located in an area away from street noise and neighbours.
03 Massing Subtractive in the mass to optimizing lighting and ventilation throughout the rooms.
04 Green Space There are 2 outdoor yards and 1 courtyard.
05 Finishing A gable roof that harmonizes with neighbours and a translucent uPVC roof in a semi-outdoor garden area.
06 A House A cozy and safe home—with optimal lighting and ventilation with a design that is in harmony with neighbours.

H+ is a residential building designed to fulfill the Studio Arsitektur 3 course. This multi-mass house is designed to meet the needs of a traditional dance artist adn his family—wife, 3 childrens, dan grandmother. Space and mass planning are the focus of design so that the house can comply 2 functions in one area.

01 Site The 600 m² site is located on the north of Jalan Tembi, bordered by Rumah Tembi on the west of the site.
02 Progamming The studio and residential zone are divided into 2 masses.
03 Massing Subtractive in the mass of the house to optimizing lighting and ventilation throughout the rooms.
04 Green Space Green area surrounds the 2 masses and becomes a barrier between them.
05 Finishing A gable roof that harmonizes with neighbours and wooden louver as a secondary skin.
06 H+ The building comply both functio— as a house and studio—in one area.

Studio The room has many openings on the south and east sides. The east side of the building has secondary skin in the form of wooden louver as shading and point of interest of the building.

Kulon Progo Art Centre is designed to encourage culture, society, and environmental-based tourism in response to the Sustainable Tourism for Development program run by the Ministry of Tourism. Based on studies on potential of art organizations and regional development, Temon was chosen as the location. Kulon Progo Art Centre applies a biophilic design approach, with a focus on the nature in the space category, to creating architectural works that are friendly to all levels of society and the surrounding environment.

1st Park As a public space for humans and wildlife, which is realized by planting trees that can be a place to live and a source of food for the surrounding animals (birds).

The site is located in Kiaracondong with an area of 17 m x 14.7 m.

The west area is given a distance of 2.5 m for the drive thru lane, the basic shape of the mass is a box.

The northern part of the mass lifted for circulation access to the 2nd floor. Subtraction in the drive thru counter area.
Subtractive in the middle of the mass used for urban farming.

The south part of the mass transformed additively upwards for a rythm.

East Elevation The back facade is dominated by a solid material, because it is close to the neighbors. The use of the material is dominated by exposed cement with a smooth finishing.
West Elevation The front facade uses a solid-void material in the form of exposed cement walls with a smooth finish and the use of wire mesh.

TENANT MODULE
Closed Tenant Modular tenants are part of distribution and production involving UMKM. The distribution process is carried out by collecting food ingredients from related UMKM and then distributing them directly to consumers. The production process is carried out in the tenant’s kitchen.
Opened Tenant When it is open there are additional seats as a place to dine-in by ordering through the application in advance.

PI House Interior Videshiiya Studio’s Project PI House is an interior project owned by Videshiiya Studio. During my internship, I assisted in working on detailed 3D models and interior drawings of several rooms, including: master bedroom, bedroom, wet kitchen, and bathroom.
