PBL is when students work together to look up questions, generate creative ideas, and develop products that demonstrate what they've learned. An application of their knowledge in realworld situations. In SPH, this is the very heart of our approach to teaching. We believe that knowledge without application is meaningless learning. Why is this important to us?
Project-based learning inspires students to deep and lasting learning. It produces love for learning and provides a more personal approach in their learning journey.
Every grade in SPH Pluit Village develops a PBL in their class. These real-world problems are integrated in different subjects like Math, English, Bahasa Indonesia and even Mandarin. The main goal is to be able to create a product that shows their understanding and application of knowledge.
