Let's Get Moving! Active Living for Junior School Students
In a time where physical health needs to be emphasized more than ever, our LV Sports Department aims to help our students reach the recommended 60 minutes (based on WHO guidelines) of physical activity per day while having a great time, making new friends, and playing with old ones.
This program is an enrichment opportunity for Junior School students to participate in fun, physical activity with their peers and coaches after school.

Our team of coaches leads the students in a range of memorable activities meant to engage both their minds and bodies. Activities include things like modified soccer games, various tag games, capture the flag, dodgeball, team handball, floor hockey, bucket ball, relay races, jump rope, frisbee, and so much more.
When asked what makes Active Living special, our Sports Program Coordinator, Mr. Erik Fry, stated:
Let’s support and encourage our students to be more physically active for the better!
