Our Young Scientists are Back! ASA Exhibition 2022

The long-awaited ASA (Applied Science Academy) exhibition is finally here! After getting hit by the pandemic, the ASA exhibition was postponed until further notice. However, this year, we can hold an exhibition on-site for students and parents to come to this year by God's grace!

Over the last three years since the first exhibition in 2019, over 30 projects have been explored and researched. In this year's ASA, we are proud to see diverse and original research topics, such as the study of sea surface temperature and coastline evolution using remote sensing images around the Java islands.

It is a privilege to have 22 of our current students with a combined total of 27 research projects in this exhibition. In addition to that, we are thankful to have new mentors with experience in renewable energy, remote sensing, and bioinformatics who help to enhance the diversity of the research projects in ASA.

The Applied Science Academy is a research-based, after-school program dedicated to selected grade 10-12 students where multidisciplinary sciences are explored. Students are paired with research professors and mentors to develop scientific investigation or technology in their area of interest.

Come and see our students' hard work and achievements in the Academy at this year's exhibition. We hope to see you there soon!
