We are still facing testing times ahead, but we stand firm to our pledge that HoteliersGuild is not going dark, but is determined to provide support to our international colleagues. So, following the great success of the first four volumes, it is my great pleasure today to announce the continuation of our Premier International Virtual Gourmet Festival with Volume IV, and I am delighted to invite you to participate! VOL. IV WILL BE A SPECIAL EDITION FOR LADY CHEFS & PASTRY CHEFS ONLY!

I am thrilled to confirm that Thomas Buehner, Germany’s renowned Michelin President Chef entrepreneur, HoteliersGuild’s Ambassador Culinaire lends again his full HoteliersGuild support to our cause ! And we are, of course, awaiting to count with your gracious participation - it’s again free of any charge as it is also meant to provide valuable moral encouragement especially to our younger colleagues and to somewhat ease their trepidation for a gloomy future due to the prevailing situation. It will be published digitally as an e-book and communicated to our colleagues and their loyal patrons via a special issue of our member magazine, LookBook So, here we are again to announce details and guidelines for the HoteliersGuilld’s Premier Virtual EXTRAVAGANZAculinaire Volume IV, a Lady Chefs GetTogether in a friendly culinary Safari around the globe like never seen before.

Main GuideLines for participants | DEADLINE 15/09/2020 • We need to receive a 3-course meal + respective recipes from the Chefs • And 3 desert/pastry creations +

• All must photos must be of web-res quality! • A short bio + head/shoulder photo + short quote re. your philosophy

• Obviously, we do not expect you to produce new photos etc. at this difficult times so feel free to use existing material! • PLEASE VIEW THE FORMAT ON BELOW ATTACHED VOL. I - III ! This is an invigorating fun event without boundaries which will see only winners and brings some light into those dark days of closed restaurants, hotels and our entire hospitality business! Most importantly, the event is FREE OF CHARGE, all the work done solely by us, and we are not soliciting sponsors. Furthermore, all participants will receive a complimentary double page advertisement in the event magazine plus a minimum of 4 double pages feature of their enterprise in HoteliersGuild’s next LookBook! This event will be open also to non-HoteliersGuild members, so do feel free to send us your application to attend.
