In April, Select Sires held the annual Trusted Advisor Conference in California, hosted by All West/Select Sires. This conference is designed for our consultants to learn from industry experts, better understand customer needs from producer panels and sharpen their skills with farm analysis competitions. We also recognize our very best consultants with awards for outstanding service and unmatched expertise. Each role within our cooperative is paramount to our success. While you might be most familiar with your local consultant or professional A.I. technician, Select Sires employs a host of different talents. There are many people that work in more behind-the-scenes types of roles, from livestock technicians to IT developers, but they are all working on behalf of you, our farmer-owners.
