Section 1 General Information 1.5.2 Early Hall Access During the show days, persons with an official “exhibitor� badge will have access to the hall beginning at 08:00 08:00. An early hall access before 08:00 may be requested with an additional fee. Please contact SEMI for more information. 1.5.3 Extended Working Hours Extended working hours can be requested on-site at the SEMI Show Management office before 14:00 everyday with an additional fee charged by SNIEC. Please contact SEMI for more information about overtime rates. 1.5.4 Penalty for Early Dismantle Exhibits may not be dismantled nor equipment removed from the booth before the official closing time on 16:00, Thursday Thursday,, March 17 17. Exhibitors who dismantle their booth prior to the official closing time will lose priority points and/or may be refused the opportunity to exhibit the following year. Once dismantle begins, removal of exhibits and construction materials must be completed by 12:00 Friday, March 18. 1.5.5 Move-out permits The Organizer will issue move-out permits to all exhibitors on March 17 after 15:30. :15 Please complete the permit and the official freight forwarders will start to chop at 16 16:15 :15.

Section 1 General Information 1.6 A~Z Index This alphabetized listing will act as an easy reference to the most common issues regarding SEMICON China 2011. More detailed information for each heading may be found in the appropriate section of this manual. As we get closer to the show, important updates will follow. As always, if you need assistance, please contact SEMI in either China or the U.S. Thank you! Airport Service Pudong Airport operates 8 bus routes leave every 15-20 minutes, connecting Pudong Airport with different areas in central city. You can take airport bus line #3 or line#8 and get off at Longyang Rd. metro station. Maglev train running from the Pudong Airport to Longyang Rd. Metro Station in only 8 minutes. Taxi are available in arrivals hall 24 hours a day , distance from Pudong Airport and Terminal 1 of Hongqiao Airport to expo center are both approximately 35km. For airport pick-up service please contact Shanghai Vision Expo & Meeting Solutions Co., Ltd. See details at Section 6. Alcohol Alcohol is prohibited in the facility during set-up and dismantle for safety and insurance reasons. Badges/Exhibitor Badge All representatives of the exhibiting company (including Exhibitor Appointed Contractors) must wear the official SEMICON China 2011 badges at all times. Any person(s) on the exhibit floor not wearing a badge may be promptly evicted from the exhibit floor. Exhibitors can order 10 badges for every 9 square meters of exhibit space. Badges can be requested and picked up at the registration counters during the move-in, show hours indicated in Section 1. Business Centre Business Centre is located in South Entry Hall, provides faxing, typing, Internet, etc. Carpet Cross aisle carpet will be allowed to join exhibits for an additional charge upon written approval from SEMI China, which should be at least 30 days prior to the exposition opening. A fee of 25% of the raw space rate will be applied. Aisle carpet must be pulled up immediately upon the close of the exhibition.

Catering Western restaurant is available in South Entry Hall providing catering services for various functions; Chinese restaurant located in mezzanine of Halls E3 & E4 providing diversified Chinese food & snacks; A cafeteria is located in west side of Hall E6, providing various well-selected coffee, food and cake; Snack Bar located in east side of Halls W1-W5 inside, providing food and beverage of Chinese and western style; Family Mart Located in W1-B2 of Hall W1, W3-B2 of Hall W3, providing various food and commodities. A variety of restaurants are in north of the Expo Centre with 5 minutes distance by car. A food court is located in southwest of the Expo Centre with 10 minutes walking distance. Children Children 12 to 16 years of age are allowed on the exhibition floor only during exhibition hours and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed on the exhibition floor at any time. Cleaning SNIEC will arrange for the general cleaning of the exposition hall and common areas. This only includes cleaning of aisle carpet / flooring and garbage disposal before the show opens in the morning. It excludes cleaning of exhibits and displays. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining their own booth in a tidy condition at all times. Exhibitors wishing to secure booth cleaning services must do so through SEMI Form3 China. See Section 7,Form3 Form3.. Co-exhibitor Co-exhibitors are companies that are displaying within a primary exhibitor’s booth. All co-exhibitors must submit a co-exhibitor Event Directory Form in order to be recognized as an official co-exhibitor at SEMICON China 2011. Section 1 General Information Decorated/Raw Space Decorated Booth consisting of a shell scheme [Unit Size: 3m (W) x 3m (D) x 2.5m (H)], Raw Space Exhibitors will be given a floor space without booth facilities, carpet and power supply. They must design and construct their own booths, lay the carpet. The contractor of the exhibitor’s choice may construct raw space. All raw space exhibitors must return the Form 2) and booth design drawings EAC form (Form prior to January 21, 2011. Dismantle/Move-out Dismantle begins at 16:00, March 17, 2011. For the sake of safety, only exhibits and furnishings are allowed to be moved out before 20:00. No Raw space stands are allowed to be tore down at this period. Only after 09:00, March 18, dismantle of Raw Space stands are allowed and must be finished by 13:00, March 18. Double Deck Stand In order to ensure the standardized construction of exhibition stands as well as the personal safety and property security of both exhibitors and visitors, Shanghai New International Expo Center appointed HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd. Shanghai as official booth surveyor and jointly formulated the detailed management rules. See details at Section 7, Form 10 10.. Event Directory The SEMICON China 2011 Event Directory will be available on-site during the show days. Exhibition Hall Specifications The Floor: indoor loading capacity is 3,000 kgs/ square meter (solid concrete); The access of exhibits/ freight door are: 4.9m (w) x 4.4m (h); The height for booth construction (Max) is 6m.

First Aid/Emergency If an emergency occurs, please inform Show Management and Security immediately. A Staffed First Aid Station is located in Show Management Office. See details at Section 3. Hall Management Fee Exhibitors who contracted Raw Space in SEMICON China 2011 are subjected to a Construction Management Fee per rules published by SNIEC. For 2011, we have included this in the Booth Fees, so there will not be a need to pay this fee to SNIEC. Hotel Accommodation The accommodation provider appointed by SEMI China for SEMICON China 2011 is Shanghai VISION Expo & Meeting Solutions Co., Ltd. Please complete the Form 11 at Section 7 and return to VISION. Lead Retrieval Device Expotech, appointed registration agent of SEMICON China 2011, is delighted to offer you the advanced "Lead Retrieval System". See detail at Section 7, Form 12 12.. Lost & Found Please turn in any lost articles to Security or Show Management Office on-site. Merchandise/Equipment Pass The Organizer will issue move-out permits to all exhibitors on March 17 after 15:30. Please complete the permit and the official freight forwarders will start to chop at 16:15.

Section 1 General Information Package Booth SEMI China is pleased to provide SEMICON China 2011 exhibitors with addition hard wall booth package options, designed to alleviate your pre-show preparation and get convenience. Package booth is provided by SEMI China appointed decorator—Viewshop Exhibits & Display (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. For more information please refer to Section 4 and submit Form 8 at Section 7 to Viewshop before the deadline. Penalty for Early Dismantle Exhibits may not be dismantled nor equipment removed from the booth before the official closing time (March 17). Exhibitors who dismantle their booth prior to the official closing time will lose priority points and/or may be refused the opportunity to exhibit the following year. Photography/Video Taping SEMI China does not allow photographing or videotaping of the exhibition, except under the following condition. Press (properly accredited) may photograph or videotape with exhibitor’s permission during exhibit hours only. Exhibitors are allowed to photograph their booth ONLY. Requests for videotaping must be submitted, in writing, to SEMI Show Management 30 days prior to the first day of set-up. A security guard must be present during the taping and exhibitors can only videotape their own exhibit. Programs Various technical programs and events will be held in conjunction with SEMICON China 2011. Reception in Your Booth Receptions / parties within your booth must be requested in writing and approved by SEMI Show Management prior to the exposition. Security Guard SEMI China will provide general perimeter exhibit security in the facility during set-up, exhibit days and dismantle; however, exhibitors will be responsible for the security and protection of their displays and personal belongings at all times.
