LIBRARY IN ROME
Archictural Design Studio V
Location:Via del Porto Fluviale
Rome
Date : 2016
The first large industrial district of Rome was born in the Ostiense, there fore an electrical center appeared, the plants of the Roman gas company and workshops.
During my erasmus , i have studied on a library project for 6 months.
In this project the goal is to create a suitable project with the area. First I started using three main buildings. Book storage, Auditorium, Open Shelves area. And I separated them more to get a view on the excavations without touching the existing remains and a library was planned. Then I de signed the main areas. such as the entrance and reading area. The entrance is directly from the street level. To reach the reading area , users must walk through the ramps or pathways around the remnants by experiencing them.
The reading area is covered with a large glass shell for users to watch the landscape of the river and railways.
Softwares : Autocad, 3ds Max, Archicad, Lu mion, Photoshop.

Date: 2017
This is the seventh project of architecture school. The lecturers wanted us to create a summer camp for children. Where they can live at least 3 months without leaving the area in security.
My first approach to the project was to create a closed structure so the users can experience a silent, isolated summer camp, where water sports will be done in harmony with nature in terms of physical and perception.
Since the project area is far from the city center, it has a suitable structure for camping. Indoor spaces that require wide openings are designed. in order for these two functions to work in harmony in one area, walkable roofs are designed to make users feel as if you are in a homogeneous valley with the natural ground level.
The general layout works around inner courtyard. The ramps has an ascending and then descending section, in the form of a holistic structure. In the interior there are two corridors seperating thecirculation.
Softwares : Autocad, 3ds Max, Photoshop.
The outer shell, which is shaped according to environmental and visual effects, takes its vertical position to provide the necessary interior heights.
The roof, which has become ramps with different heights, plays an important role about the lightining in the interior and reaching to the sea side from the roof.
Accommodation areas located on the roof cover are handled in terms of scenery, transportation and settle on the elevations of the artificial land.
Ramps allows transportation between dif erent levels and creates pathways from the accomodation areas to seaside.

STADTHAUSE IN NÜRNBERG
Housing project
Location : Kehrstraße - Nürnberg
Date : 2018
This project was a project we did while I was working at KAT architecture. My boss’s architect friend asked us for help, and we undertook the plan design and drawing of the project and the creation of the visuals.
The project area is located in a quiet residential area to the east of Nürnberg. There is a green area and 2 streets around it.
The building was designed to face south-west and has a 12car parking lot in its backyard. It consists of 4 duplex apartments and 2 single residences with a penthouse. In the basement, there are technical areas, hobby and gym rooms. There is a small garden on the front of each residence and there is a large terrace for the apartments on the upper floor. The project was built in 2019 and now in use.
Softwares : Vectorworks, Archicad, 3ds Max, Sketchup.

SINGLE APARTMENT
Apartment Building
Location
:Irfaniye - Bursa
Date : 2019
I am including this apartment building project in my portfolio to represent other works we have done while I was working at Kat Architecture. For about 2 years, we have completed many projects like this one in different parts of Bursa. I usually took part in drawing the application project, creating floor plans, 3D modeling and visualization.
The location of the project is located in the newly developing western part of Bursa. The growing need for housing and economic problems have led contractors to focus on selling such flats, which can be designed and built quickly. We, the architects, were preparing images and drawings so that the flats could be sold and built easily. This made me an architect who can produce solution-oriented projects quickly. I accelerated and gained experience in using a design program.

YOUTUBER’S HOUSE
Interior Design of a Villa
Location : Camlica -
Date : 2020
Bursa
Client asked to convert a old fashioned regular 4 story villa into a life space which they can use to create videos for children around the world, using the different functionality areas around the house. The owner asked for a basketball area inside the house and wanted to add a winter garden. We started with surveying the existing house. Then we created 2d sketches and drawings. We converted living room into a basketball hall and we converted the basement into a game-room. In the kitchen they wanted to film cooking videos so we used narrowbright spotlights around the kitchen island. They also use a lot of costumes so we planned dressing rooms for each individual. Project took nearly 7 months to complete and one of my first experiences in interior architecture.
Softwares : Archicad, 3ds Max, Photo shop.
Rendering for the Gym Area
This place was the main living room of the house. The ceeling height was enough to convert this place into a indoor sports area. So we converted this area into a gym and basketball area. We used metal, brick and green plants in this area to create industrial feeling. The owner was a “Toronto Raptors” fan, so we used stickers on the ground of the team. For securing the window glasses we used nets to prevent the ball for hitting the windows. Underneath the basketball rim we hid a TV using dark plexiglass window. So when the TV is closed it is invisible and secure from the ball impact.

Render for the main kitchen.
We just changed the doors of the existing kitchen. The older ones were pretty damaged and was in classical style. We modernised it by painting everything white and removing ornaments. We added an island on the middle and used bright spotlights for making a cooking video. We used the same brick covers of the gym area to create the design stability over different areas of the house.
Render for the winter garden
We added a winter garden to the existing garden for the kitchen. We wanted to keep the circulation area around so we used sliding doors and windows for the walls. Using a ceeling window for lightning and air circulation. The owners want ed a cafe seating area theme for filming restaurant scenes.

Render for the basement floor gaming area.
This area we designed is called “mancave”. The owner had a lot of gaming equipments and we organised them in this area of the house. We used gray and black paint for the furnitures. The computer desk area is hidden behind the shelves that carries a TV. The sofa is well placed for watching a movie on the projector screen curtain that comes down from the ceeling in front of the window. This place also has a small kitchen where the users can prepare food while having fun.

The walls have different printings for different theme video filming purposes. The main purpose of the room is to create a classroom scene for users to film funny school theme videos.
Render for the bedroom.
In the bedroom we used gray colors the create a refreshing and cozy feeling. We hide the bathroom and depot doors with palm leaf textured curtains. The curtain textures created by rendering them in a 3d environment using shadow and lights of palm plants. The art behind the bed wall is painted by the house owner since he is a graphic designer.

AKADEMI ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Interior Design
Location
: FSM Avenue - Bursa
Date : 2021
Akademi is an animal hospital made up of a team of veterinarians. This project is called “Academy Kids” and usually focuses on treating small animals like cats and dogs.
The investor bought a store with a ceiling height of 7 meters on a busy street that can be considered the center of the city and asked us to design the interior in accordance with the animal hospital.
Since it was an adjacent area, the rooms had to be ventilated with mechanical ventilation. Ventilation outlets should have been on a small balcony at the rear. This problem challenged us during the design and implementation process. As the design theme, we applied the company’s own colors in the interior. We covered the walls and installations with glass panels because animals could cause harm and climb to plaster walls and greenery. As the space is narrow and long, the same plan scheme has been applied on both floors, with long corridors and the clinic rooms that connect to them.
After the construction of the project, while the hospitalization room on the upper floor was being washed, water flowed from the ceiling to the shelves on the lower floor where food was sold due to the missing and unqualified ceramic workmanship.
Softwares : Archicad, 3ds Max, Photoshop.
Render for the entrance area.
This is the one and only main entrance for the hospital. It also acts like a pet store where people can come and buy food. We used the official colors of the company for the waiting area chairs, spotlight rails and glass door stickers. The artifical green plants are covered with transparent glass panels to prevent animals touching and damaging them.

CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY OFFICE
Interior Design
Location
: Gorukle - Bursa
Date : 2021
EKOMAK is a construction company mostly focused on building materials. The owner of the company asked for a new office he bought located in a bussiness plaza.
He wanted wooden and ceramic materials to be used for the interior design of the office. This project is only a certain part of a large floor area. The area planned as two seperate offices by two different floors. So we broke the concrete slab and designed a stair that is connecting two floors.
There were existing bathrooms on the first floor we moved them to the second floor and added a kitchen to the first floor. We had to reposition an existing wall on the second floor. This was a hard process during the construction phase.
There are accounting and waiting areas on the lower floor. On the upper floor, there is a working area where the owner of the company holds his meetings.
