REVOLUTIONARY NEW CARDIAC SERVICES

At HCA UK, we are proud of our exceptional facilities at our three London cardiac centres of excellence: The Harley Street Clinic, London Bridge Hospital and The Wellington Hospital. Across our hospitals we have six cardiac theatres, seven cardiac catheter labs and three cardiac intensive care units, in addition to non-invasive diagnostic units. Our cardiologists and cardiac surgeons are pioneers in their field, continuously delivering life-changing treatments. The Harley Street Clinic is the first and only private hospital in London to offer patients CaRi-Heart® analysis. This revolutionary new, non-invasive technology can assess the risk of a serious heart condition or heart attack many years before an attack occurs. The service is suitable for any patients with a pre-existing heart condition or a family history of heart disease. A routine cardiac CT coronary angiogram is carried out in order to receive CaRi-Heart® risk analysis. Patients with a troubling result are recommended to one of our cardiologists to receive a personalised prevention and management plan.

EXPERT CANCER CARE

We provide expert cancer care through our unique network of cancer specialists, hospitals, treatment centres, outpatient clinics and our dedicated research institute. Patients can receive all the care they need at HCA UK, from genetic testing and diagnostics through to surgery, tailored treatment therapies and integrated supportive care. HCA UK is committed to finding new and more targeted ways to diagnose and treat cancer. Our molecular diagnostic lab, Sarah Cannon Molecular Diagnostics, provides genomic tests that can distinguish the unique characteristics of a tumour and identify the best way to target those cancer cells.

Our dedicated cancer research institute, The Sarah Cannon Research Institute, provides access to early-phase clinical trials. This means our patients have access to new drugs and therapies at the earliest opportunity, in some cases months or even years before they become standard therapies.
