What are the symptoms of biliary tract cancer? There are often no symptoms of biliary tract cancer, particularly in the early stages. However, if there are symptoms, depending on where the cancer is, they may include: • Yellowing of the skin (jaundice). • Excessively dark urine and pale stools. • Weight loss. • Stomach pain. • Sickness. • Fever. These symptoms can be experienced with all types of biliary tract cancer. You should see your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. However, it is important to remember that these symptoms can also occur in people who do not have biliary tract cancer; they may also be caused by other conditions.
