COMEDIAN CHRIS DISTEFANO TO HEADLINE FINAL DATE IN COMEDY SERIES AT BEAR'S DEN Distefano Will Appear on Nov. 20, Replacing Michael Che NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino announces that comedian Chris Distefano will now be one of the nationally renowned comedians featured this fall in the Bear’s Den Showroom. Distefano will perform on Thursday, Nov. 20, and replace Michael Che in the 8-week comedy series lineup that kicks off October 2. Distefano is perhaps best recognized as a cast member on Mtv2’s hit show “GuyCode,” and has appeared on MTV’s “GirlCode.” He made his network television debut in 2013 on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” Distefano has worked at all of the top comedy clubs in New York City and was selected from hundreds of comedians across the country as one of Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch,” as part of the 2012 New York Comedy Festival. He was also selected as a “New Face” of 2013’s Montreal Just for Laughs Comedy Festival. All shows in the comedy series are scheduled at 8 p.m. in the intimate 440-seat Bear’s Dean Showroom, tickets for each show are $20, are on sale now, and available at select Seneca Casino retail outlets, Ticketmaster.com, and all Ticketmaster locations. Tickets purchased for the Michael Che show can be used on the same date for Chris Distefano, or be exchanged for


any other performance in the comedy series, subject to seating availability. Ralphie May Ralphie May made his comic debut on Season One of “Last Comic Standing” with a nononsense point of view. He is one of only a handful of comics to receive a standing ovation on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” He has knocked out an impressive three top-rated, 1-hour Comedy Central Specials in three years and has another special coming out this fall. Robert Kelly Robert Kelly drew from his rough and tumble upbringing to fuel his brash comedic material. An 18-year veteran, Kelly has toured with Dane Cook, stole the show at the Just for Laughs Festival in 2010 and 2013, and can be seen on FX’s “Louie” as Louie CK’s brother Robbie. He has been featured in several Comedy Central specials and “Tourgasm” on HBO. Nikki Glaser Nikki Glaser has been doing stand-up since age 18 and has steadily toured across the country since graduating college. Glaser performed at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. She made the semi-finals in Season Four of “Last Comic Standing” and was


featured on this season’s show. Glaser was recently named as one of the Top 10 Emerging Comics by Askmen.com. Nick Di Paolo Nick Di Paolo, is called a “Comic’s Comic” and is considered one of the most authentic comedic voices of today. Di Paolo established a reputation as a gifted and solid comedian since appearing on HBO’s “Young Comedian Special.” He has received two Emmy nominations for writing and has numerous film and television writing credits under his belt including credits for the 77th annual Academy Awards. He has made recurring guest appearances on “The Howard Stern Show” and “The Opie and Anthony Show.” Jim Breuer Jim Breuer is one of the most recognizable comedians in the business and is known for his onstage antics and dead-on impressions. Breuer was named one of Comedy Central’s “100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time.” He got his big break in 1995 after landing a spot on “Saturday Night Live” and now hosts a weekly Sirius/XM Radio show “Friday with Breuer,” featuring big names such as Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Cosby. Colin Jost Colin Jost, at 22, was one of the youngest writers ever hired by Saturday Night Live. A graduate of Harvard University, where he was president of the Harvard Lampoon, Jost has been head writer for SNL since 2012. Since joining the SNL writing staff in 2005, Jost has won three Writers Guild Awards, a Peabody award, and was nominated for eight Emmy Awards. Jost is co-anchor of SNL’s “Weekend Update.” Brent Morin Brent Morin was named one of Variety’s “Top Ten Comics to Watch” in 2013. Morin has worked for the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien and continues to work with O’Brien on TBS. He has done standup at every major club in Hollywood including the Comedy Store, the Improv, and Laugh Factory. He currently stars in the NBC comedy “Undateable.”
