SENECA NIAGARA CASINO OFFERS FREE LEARN-TO-PLAY SESSIONS FOR TABLE GAMES ON WEDNESDAYS NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. – For casino guests who have always wanted to learn how to play a table game but never tried due any number of reasons, help is on the way. Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel announces an ongoing free opportunity for guests to get comfortable with some of the liveliest games on the casino floor, such as blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat and brand-new offerings like Mississippi Stud Poker and Blackjack Switch. Now available for two Wednesdays each month are learn-to-play sessions that help guests learn the rules, ask questions and try table games with “play money.” There is even a monthly $10 match play incentive for attending. Sessions will be held every other Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. and 3 to 4 p.m. in the table games pit directly in front of the main casino cage area. Dealers will feature blackjack with the new “Super 7’s” option on March 6, followed by Blackjack Switch on March 20 and April 3. A new game will be featured each month. Registration is simple and free. Guests simply need to sign up at the table games pit starting one hour before each session. As an added incentive, guests who participate in a learn-to-play session will receive one $10 match-play coupon per month that can be used to bet at a table game after the training.

Multiple dealer demonstrations and opportunities to try the particular table game with “play money” will take place during each one-hour session. Guests are willing to stay for as little or as long as they would like, until they determine they have gained enough of a comfortlevel and knowledge about the particular game. The learn-to-play sessions were created based on guest demand and also to help new players approach games with confidence. “We want to take away the ‘intimidation factor’ for new players and we want to show them that table games can be the liveliest games to play in a casino,” said Michael Mitten, director of table games, Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel. “But even for those who have tried the games before, these sessions serve as educational refreshers.” Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel offers 100 table games on property, including blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Let It Ride®, Pai Gow Poker, three-card poker, and Spanish 21. New table games that arrived late last year include Casino War, Mississippi Stud Poker, Blackjack Switch and Blackjack Super 7’s.
