Services include 1) an upto-date list of where vaccinations are available; 2) help with registration for vaccinations and on-line portals; 3) resources for questions about vaccine safety or COVID-19; and 4) services for persons who have barriers to vaccination such as the homebound or those needing help getting to vaccination appointments, including transportation. If you are homebound or otherwise have not been able to get vaccinated, give us a call.
