How Does Jubilee Offer a Different Experience?

Jubilee Primary Care is for Medicare eligible seniors, ages 65 and up. At Jubilee, we offer at least thirty-minute encounters with a primary care physician. We believe strongly in a “no waiting” policy. No need for sitting in a waiting room filling out pages upon pages of pa-

perwork. We will call you a few days before your appointment so we can fill out the paperwork for you. When you get to your appointment, we will take you right back to be seen. After your appointment, our highly skilled nurse practitioners will be there to answer any remaining questions you have about your diagnosis and treatment plan. With Jubilee, you will receive a personalized care plan to help you regain and maintain your best self.
