RESOURCES FOR AGING WELL

My name is Vicky Evans and I feel privileged to be the new Regional Director of the Northern Colorado Seniors Blue Book. It has been a truly rewarding and satisfying experience to be able to work with so many wonderful Seniors, Caregivers and Senior Professionals during the past year here in Northern Colorado. I have lived and raised my family here in the Fort Collins area and am proud to call it my home. During my time in Northern Colorado I have been involved in both the Senior Care arena as well as publishing. The Seniors Blue Book has been a perfect fit for my skill set and I love being able to work in and help the community I love. I am very excited to get the Fall 2018-19 edition on to the streets as we have added 8 additional pages to

the guide and several new categories of useful information such as Hearing Services on page 33, Vision Services on pg. 63, and our incredibly handy Medicare 2019 “In a Nutshell” on pg. 40. We have also created an all new local home page, SeniorsBlueBook.com/local/ NorthernColorado where you can find out, at a glance, local events, editorials, and important happenings in the local community. Please feel free to reach out to me at Vicky@SeniorsBlueBook.com for any help or information. I love being able to help my fellow neighbors educate themselves on the amazing amount of services and senior living options in the area. It would be my true pleasure to be able to help you. Thank you for your loyal readership and I look forward to serving you and our special community for a long time to come. Sincerely,

Vicky Evans, Regional Director Additional copies of this Directory are available FREE at most of the gathering places for seniors. Give us a call at 800.201.9989 and we will direct you to the location nearest you or go to www.SeniorsBlueBook.com and click on the “Find a Book” link to locate your closest distribution points.

SENIOR HOUSING

First you should familiarize yourself with the many options available and determine which one is best for your needs. You will find definitions of each type of housing at the beginning of the housing section. Then turn to our easy to read comparison grids. The grids are divided into 3 categories, depending on the type of community: Independent Living and Retirement, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. The buildings are listed by city or county so you can zero in on the specific areas you are looking for.

Life Care Planning – As we age we navigate many changA Fresh Approach es including social, work, physito Elder Law cal, and financial to name a few. We’ve become pretty good at addressing our physical, work and social opportunities. We might downsize to a smaller home as our children move out. We may plan for retirement by considering volunteer and travel opportunities. We also connect with a doctor to identify ways to stay healthy. As we are busy planning and enjoying the next phase of our lives, we sometimes forget about formally considering our legal and financial futures if faced with a life changing illness. We’ve paid into Medicare and saved into a 401K, but how do we protect ourselves and our assets in the event of an unforeseen medical crisis? One worthwhile solution is a Life Care Planning approach. Life Care Planning is a holistic, elder-centered approach to the practice of law that helps families respond to many of the challenges caused by chronic illness or disability. There are several benefits to a Life Care Planning approach. One, Life Care Planning is a prevention based model rather than a crisis-oriented one. In preparation for a possible debilitating health change, an individual can educate himself on

available resources, evaluate current investment/insurance/burial policies, and budget accordingly, avoiding crisis driven decisions. Second, good Life Care Planning relies on an inter-disciplinary team that evaluates current and future needs and locates and coordinates appropriate resources, helping to ensure quality care and services. When an individual receives advice from several independent sources, communication and continuity suffer and important information can fall through the cracks. In contrast, Life Care Planning offers a “one stop shop” team of specialists, including a social worker, attorney and paralegal, that provide a more comprehensive, cohesive long term care plan. Three, Life Care Planning assists with preserving family wealth. When a person requires professional inhome or residential care, families are often shocked at the cost. The average cost of home health care is $23-$37/ hour. If an individual requires residential living, an assisted living can cost between $2,500$8,000 and skilled nursing runs anywhere from $7,500-$11,000 per month. Life Care Planning includes Continued on page 43

An Unforgettable Memorial In life, we plan for many things — Requires a Plan vacations, retirement, our children’s education.

Yet many people don’t realize the importance of planning for the inevitable time when they will all need funeral arrangements. While it can be difficult to talk about, making funeral or cremation arrangements in advance can be a gift to those you love and bring you true peace of mind in knowing that you’ve taken care of an important family responsibility. Planning a life’s celebration By making your arrangements in advance, you can plan a service or memorial that truly reflects your special life. Peace of Mind Starts With a Plan It can be overwhelming to think about your preferred final wishes.

Funeral professionals can help make this experience positive and manageable. To begin, consider just the major decisions. From there, the details naturally follow. Here are the top five: Would you prefer for your body to be cremated, buried, or donated for research? Will any of your family or friends wish to view and spend time with your body? Should there be a celebration of life, a funeral event, a memorial service, or something else?

1 2 3

4

Where will your final resting place be? A cemetery, ashes scattered somewhere specific or placed on the mantle at home, etc? Will an obituary be published in the paper or online and what information should be in it? With these five questions, the hope is to shift the conversation around death to one of preparation and a sense of control.~

Medicare 2019 “In A Nutshell” (Parts A, B & Medigap Plans) Original Medicare is a government health insurance program primarily for people age 65 and older. It has four main parts: A, B, C & D. The chart below is an example of how Parts A & B work together with a traditional Medicare supplement also known as a “Medigap Plan.” Medicare Part A Hospital Insurance

Medicare Part B Medical Insurance

Supplemental Policy Plans A - N Medigap

Generally no cost (If you paid Medicare taxes while working)

Most people pay monthly $134.00 (Premium could be higher based on income)

Premium varies by company, age, location & other factors.

$1,340 deductible (per benefit period) It is possible to pay the $1,340 deductible and other daily charges for multiple stays & extended care. Plan covers: Inpatient hospital care, home health care services, hospice, inpatient skilled nursing & more. Providers are paid by Medicare assignment. No coverage outside USA. No out-of-pocket maximum. Many people add a Medigap plan, Part D or an Advantage Plan (Part C) to fill the “gaps” in the coverage.

$183 annual deductible. 80/20 after deductible. Plan covers: health care providers, ambulance, emergency care, outpatient surgical, preventive services and other Medicare approved benefits. Most doctors accept Medicare patients. No coverage outside the USA. No out-of-pocket maximum. Many people add a Medigap plan, Part D or an Advantage Plan (Part C) to fill the “gaps” in the coverage.

These plans generally pay the Part A & B deductibles, the 20% not covered by Part B & other Medicare eligible benefits. When this coordinates with Medicare, many benefits are 100% covered A popular option, Plan F will NOT be available for new enrollees in 2020 Can provide benefits outside USA Plans are only available through insurance companies. Need to add a Part D plan to cover prescription drugs & avoid penalties. Must have Part A & B to enroll.

For more information visit www.medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE. There is no additional cost to use the services of a full time insurance professional. Please call us or a broker in your local area for additional assistance. This article was written by Craig N. Anderson, President of Anderson Benefits, Inc. located in Salt Lake City, Utah. An ombudsman is an advocate for residents of nursing homes, board and care homes, and assisted living facilities who is trained to resolve problems. Under the federal Older Americans Act, every state is required to have an ombudsman program that addresses residents’ complaints and advocates for improvements in the long-term care system. While ombudsmen do not have direct authority to require action by a facility, they have the responsibility to negotiate on a resident’s behalf and to work with other state agencies for effective enforcement. Fragility Fractures: What Do BACK PAIN, most people do not auI Need to Know? tomatically think of a fracture when they first experience back pain. A Fragility Fracture is any fall from a standing height or less, that results in a fracture. Our bodies, when in good health, should be able to withstand a fall from this height without a fracture. The most common areas involved include the spine, hip, and the wrist. What causes fragility fractures? Osteoporosis is the number one cause of a fragility fracture. Osteoporosis is characterized by low bone mass and structural deterioration. This can be caused by many underlying conditions such as; aging, being female, low body weight, low sex hormones or menopause, smoking, and some medications such as cancer medications, SSRIs, and steroids. About 54 million Americans have osteoporosis and low bone mass placing them at increased risk for osteoporosis. Studies suggest that approximately one in two women and up to one in four men, age 50 and older, will break a bone due to osteoporosis. Osteoporosis is often called a silent

disease because the body can’t feel bones weakening. Breaking a bone is often the first sign of osteoporosis but patients may notice they are losing height or their upper back is curving forward. If you are experiencing height loss or your spine is curving, be sure to consult your doctor or healthcare professional immediately. Other causes of fragility fractures include traumatic injuries as well as metastatic tumors. How do I know if I am at risk? You can find out if you are at risk by consulting your doctor. With a thorough medical exam and history, you and your doctor can determine what kinds of tests will be needed. What are the treatment options? There are many preventative options that may include: n n n

Fragility Fractures: What Do I Need to Know? continued from page 48

If you experience a fall or quick onset of pain consult your physician immediately. A fracture can occur by stepping out of bed or off of a step. These types of injuries will require intervention from a spine or orthopedic physician that specializes in fragility fractures. In most cases the fracture and pain can be corrected right away without the use of pain medicines and bed rest. If you be-

lieve you are at risk or are suffering from osteoporosis or fragility fracture pain, consult your doctor and begin a path to stronger bone. ~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Luc Koldewyn. Transitions An employee shared his first child will be starting kindergarten in a few weeks. Such an important milestone for a child. Shiny new clothes, haircut, and new superhero backpack. Often a tear-filled morning for families. I remember the kindergarten teacher giving all of us a cotton ball with a poem expressing eloquently the feelings of the day. I carried around the cotton ball in my bag for a week…. or maybe I still have it. I smiled at our employee and disclosed to him that my husband and I would be driving to take our daughter to college….her freshman year. Another important milestone for a child – ahem –young adult. I have been holding back crying all summer. Tears well up when I think about her being on her own and not at home. Not knowing everything about her scares me. But I trust her. I think we have raised her well Moving into a patio home or an independent or assisted living apart-

50 NORTHERN COLORADO - OCTOBER 2018-2019

ment is another transition. As with all changes, sometimes they occur naturally – like going to kindergarten. Sometimes they are a conscious choice – like electing to go to college. Either way, this change is full of emotions. What can I expect? Did I bring the right stuff, the right clothes? What will change? Will I make friends? Will others like me? Seniors have lived through so many transitions - they are often very resilient. They rely on their wisdom and experience to adapt once more to change. I find the families are the ones who struggle more. Why? Being near is not enough. They need to remember the times when near was enough. Maybe we should provide them with a cotton ball? I’ll have mine in my pocket as I carry boxes into the dorm.~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Yvonne Myers, Health Systems Director at Columbine Health Systems and may be reached at 970-482-0198. This once shamed program is helping seniors from many walks of life fill retirement gaps, providing protection and stability through their golden years. Through the use of an FHA insured reverse mortgage, homeowners are able to tap into the equity in their homes without being required to make a monthly mortgage. That’s right – a reverse mortgage CAN provide Colorado’s seniors with cash flow for life – as long as they continue to live in the home and keep their property taxes, homeowners insurance, and HOA fees up to date.

The funds can be used for whatever the borrower deems fit – additional income, medical expenses, vacations, home repairs, gifts, and more. Reverse mortgages are available to homeowners 62 and over, and a Reverse Mortgage for Purchase option is available for those looking to purchase a new residence.~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Jan Jordan, Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer, NMLS 543249. If the company is insured, then the claim gets filed against the company’s insurance. LICENSURE – A home care agency, whether medical or non-medical, shall be issued a license consistent with the type and extent of services provided. CLASS A – A home care agency that provides any skilled healthcare service. Agencies with a Class A license may also provide personal care services. VA Benefit Aid Look for “the horse of a differ& Attendance ent color” when filing for the VA Benefit Aid & Attendance, and ONLY through a veteran-dedicated home care agency.

If you are as old as I am, you will remember “the horse of a different color” from The Wizard of Oz. It stood out from all the rest and was truly different than any other horse. If you are looking for assistance with a complex VA benefit such as Aid and Attendance, don’t just hope you find the right agency to help. Instead, review the below information then let your search begin. THE PROBLEM? At last count, there were over two-hundred organizations that purport to help veterans obtain the Aide and Attendance benefit for those that qualify. However, many of these organizations are considered as poachers seeking to get all or a portion of the veteran’s funds. Others are looking to sell the veteran services they may or may not need. Still, others are seeking to get paid for assisting a veteran in applying for benefits. So, how do you pick the right one to help you out of this “herd of horses?”

First, eliminate anyone who wants to charge a fee for assisting you to file for benefits. It is illegal to charge for helping a veteran in the application process for the Aid and Attendance benefit. Second, eliminate anyone who wants to charge you to re-arrange your assets to qualify. This usually means a lawyer setting up a trust and moving assets to that trust. You don’t have to use anyone to help you if you don’t want to. Any veteran or surviving spouse can file the claim for benefits on their own. However, the problem is the application process is complicated and time-consuming. The process entails a lot of paperwork and veterans tend to give up after realizing so much ‘red tape’ is involved. Then, and to make it more complex, if you did qualify, you’d need to find a home care agency or an individual caregiver to provide services. This takes time, drug tests, background checks, etc. Even the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) considers individual Caregivers as employees, even if they are a family member. This means withholding taxes and filing federal and Continued on next page 79

state tax forms, compliance with state home care laws and providing workmen’s compensation insurance. The process is much too complicated for most of the veterans we know. THE SOLUTION? Look for a veteran-dedicated home care agency (i.e., “the horse of a different color”) who specializes in providing inhome care for veterans through the benefit. They will be an agency who can assist clients in filing for the Aid and Attendance benefit to pay for all or a part of the care that is required. Also, they will be someone who always offers ‘no cost’ for the

service. They will be an agency that offers private pay solutions as well as complete access to the Aid and Attendance funds in an ethical, legal approach. Today, it’s your obligation to look for a “horse of a different color.” If you have read this entire article, you are now closer to that reality then never before! ~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Steve Lee, Founder & CEO at Veterans Aide at Home, a veteran-dedicated home care agency and may be reached at 720-326-0319 or by email at Steve@VeteransAideAH.com. No one plans when sickness, disability or other common challenges in life will happen. Many plan for retirement but few adequately plan ahead for the issues facing millions of people across the U.S. every day. Anyone who has navigated through the healthcare landscape knows that it can be challenging. When a challenge occurs, patients are potentially left to navigate through: Hospitals, short-term rehabilitation, home health care, and skilled nursing facilities. Those are only a few potential stops along the healthcare landscape. Then there is medical equipment, home modifications or potentially moving. Would you like to make potentially life changing decisions regarding your healthcare while you are experiencing an unplanned event? The unanimous answer is – No! This article is written in hopes that everyone will ask questions before the unplanned event. Most people do not think to ask for something they have never had before. That is why reaching out and asking questions is important. Everyone needs to know what their healthcare options are ahead of time. Here are three great questions to ask ahead of time or if an unplanned event occurs:

1. What assistance can I get to help me recover? 2. What services are covered by insurance and what services are paid for privately? 3. What are all of my options? The following are examples of resources you can ask these questions: n Primary Care Physician n Case Managers and Social Workers n Knowledgeable Professionals: Representatives from Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Senior Living Advisors and Care Managers to name a few.

What Are My Options?

There are many wonderful resources throughout Northern Colorado. The gap between everyone living in the community and the services available needs to be bridged. There are many different options depending upon age, insurance and lifestyle. The questions and answers will not be the same for everyone. The moral of the story is simple – Ask! ~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Greg Kelley. HEALTH AT HOME - HOME HEALTH AGENCIES

What Can Home Health Care Do For Me? Home Health Care (HHC) comes in a variety of different services and agencies such as; Nursing services, Physical and Occupational Therapies, Homemaking services and sometimes Social Work. These services are often needed when discharging from a hospital or rehab or in the home when there is a decline in condition after a doctor visit. These types of short term services help to ensure you are progressing in a positive direction. Other services and agencies may be in place along with HHC in a supportive manner. You may need a full time Certified Nursing Assistant or a Registered Nurse to help you while retaining services through another agency. This is allowed when you are paying private or through a long-term care insurance or trust, however, two Medicare agencies getting paid from Medicare cannot have service overlap. Medicare agencies often cover medication fills, injections, wound management and therapies. After a period they may not be able to cover some of these items. With HHC you have the option of privately paying for an agency to pick up where the Medicare agency may have to left off. A common misconception is that Medicare will cover the cost of a Caregiver in your home who would do housekeeping, go shopping, cook

84 NORTHERN COLORADO - OCTOBER 2018-2019

meals or sit with you for extended periods of time. Medicare does not cover the cost to these performed tasks. When private pay is involved, two agencies can often be found in one home at the same time. Over the years I have been asked, “If hospice is already in place and I need help all the time what happens?” The hospice agency cannot be with you twenty-four hours a day or for long periods of time. If you wish for your loved one to remain in the home, it is recommended that you call another agency to help you fill the hours needed and support the hospice agency already in place. It is an easy decision to keep you and your family well cared for while honoring their wishes. The time and labor caring for them following that decision is the challenge. With so many agencies in our area providing different levels of care and supportive services it is becoming easier to keep our loved ones in place longer while honoring their wishes. This is when several agencies can come together and provide the level of care needed to keep everyone safe and happy. ~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Theresa Poole Director of Community Relations at Brightstar Care She can be reached at 970-667-7778 or email at Theresa.poole@brightstarcare. com with any questions regarding Home health care. Hospice Care Definitions continued VOLUNTEER – Provides respite and needed non-medical services for patients and their families, offers support at time of death and during bereavement. Levels of Care: RO-ROUTINE CARE – Occurs when regularly scheduled visits are adequate in maintaining the individual’s symptom management. Care is provided at the individual’s private residence, a retirement community, an assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility. RE-RESPITE CARE – Provided when the family needs time to rest or go out of town for a short time. Care may be provided in a long-term care facility depending on the condition of the individual. GIP – General In-Patient Care – Provided in a skilled nursing facility when the symptoms cannot be managed elsewhere. The skilled nursing facility must have 24-hour R.N. coverage as deemed by Medicare guidelines. General in-patient care is usually short in duration. CC-CONTINUOUS CARE – Provided to prevent the individual from going to the hospital when a crisis occurs. grief. Many provide Grief Groups that meet and address issues of grief in a supportive group setting.

PALLIATIVE CARE – Specialized medical care for people with serious illness. It is focused on providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of a serious illness – whatever the prognosis. It is appropriate at any age and at any stage in a serious illness and can be provided along with curative treatment. PCP-OVERSIGHT – Can the hospice patient retain their own primary care physician in addition to the hospice medical director? All hospice organizations require a medical director, a physician to oversee their care. Many times the hospice medical director will work in conjunction with the patient’s own physician. The patient, family and hospice team can determine which physicians will oversee the care and certify the hospice eligibility criteria. HOSPICE CARE

The Myths of Hospice Care: When many hear the term “hospice What You care,” they are understandably apprehensive. The final months of a Need to Know loved one’s life can be very difficult, but hospice care is a valuable resource that assuages some of these challenges and brings comfort to patients and their families. Here are a few myths (and facts) surrounding hospice care, so you can make the right choice for your loved one when the time comes: MYTH: Hospice Care Is Limited To Six Months A patient is eligible for hospice care when they receive a life expectancy prognosis of six months or fewer, but their time in hospice care is not limited to six months. Hospice care is available for as long as a patient meets the criteria, even if they outlive their sixmonth diagnosis. MYTH: Hospice Care Hastens Death Hospice care does not speed up the dying process, nor does it prolong it. The purpose of hospice is to keep a patient comfortable so they may die naturally and with dignity on their own terms. In addition, hospice care is

92 NORTHERN COLORADO - OCTOBER 2018-2019

designed to support families of patients to relieve caregiving stress and allow them to live out their time with loved ones to the fullest. MYTH: Hospice Care Is Only Necessary In Final Days Of Life Many families who utilize hospice care say they wish they had brought in hospice sooner. Hospice professionals offer medical, counseling and spiritual support for patients and their families to provide ease during the end-of-life journey. This comfort care can improve the quality of life for patients in their own homes, assisted care facilities or in a hospice care center. When the time comes for hospice care, welcome it as a powerful resource for you and your loved one. ~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Dr. Michael Towbin, Medical Director Executive of Pathways and may be reached at 970-663-3500. HOSPICE CARE

What Hospice Truly Is Imagine a team of professionals whose greatest concern is your complete comfort. Imagine being empowered and supported to have the conversations you’ve always wanted to have. Imagine that pain is no longer involved in your decision-making process. Imagine this is all available to you, a benefit for whenever it’s needed. This is hospice. Misunderstood and often not taken advantage of, hospice has become thought of as “where you go to die”. When actually hospice is about living each moment before. A provided service that ensures the most compassionate of care before you die, and support for your family long after. Hospice is appropriate for someone with a life limiting illness who no longer wishes to seek curative measures, and exhibits signs and symptoms that would lead medical professionals to believe they are within the last six months of life. Though patients may have a shorter prognosis, some end up living for years, while others may even graduate from hospice. Talking about death isn’t easy. In avoiding it, we forget it’s nothing more than the end marker. We forget that until that exact moment,

94 NORTHERN COLORADO - OCTOBER 2018-2019

we live. We breathe in and out. We experience sorrow and joy. We have things we ache to do. Hospice is about those moments. About respecting the process as much as we do the process of birth. The idea of taking control of our last moments appeals to us all. In viewing death as a process that grants us the ability to do this, we are able to see the service of hospice as the tremendous benefit it is. Available to all, it’s covered by Medicare, Medicaid, VA benefits, and most insurance plans. So often hospice isn’t utilized until the last possible moment, or sometimes not at all. The association with death makes it hard to talk about before it’s absolutely necessary. Though when we understand what hospice truly is, an individualized plan of care provided by a team of experts, we remove the fear of it. We can see it for the remarkable service it really is: thorough comfort care. That is hospice. ~ Editor’s Note: This article was submitted by Lynsey Peterson. Lynsey is a Community Outreach Coordinator with Auburn Crest Hospice and may be reached at 970-775-7022 or by email at lynsey.peterson@auburncrest.com. See ad page 95.

SENIOR HOUSING DEFINITIONS

PET THERAPY – There’s nothing like a visit from a four-legged creature to brighten the day of a terminally ill patient. Pet therapy teams visit with patients wherever they reside – at home or in professional care settings. Studies have shown many benefits of pet companionship, ranging from reduced blood pressure and anxiety to relief from boredom, pain and loneliness.

This service is not reimbursed by Medicare. VA CONTRACT – If the patient is not a Medicare Recipient and is covered by the VA, the VA will make payments directly to their contracted agencies. If a patient is a Veteran, but is a Medicare Recipient, they may choose any Medicare approved hospice agency for their care. ~

Senior Housing Definitions continued from page 103 necessary need for rehab; and often by private insurance, Medicaid, or private pay for younger clients. RESIDENTIAL HOME – Assisted living homes are private residential homes that typically have a small number of residents who live together and receive care from live-in caretakers. Adult family homes offer room and board for seniors who want a more private, home-like community. Assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing are provided. Amenities and nursing services vary greatly between homes. Ask about their services when you tour. They

are also referred to as personal board and care homes. Most accept private pay; Medicaid in some instances. RESPITE CARE / SHORT-TERM STAY – Otherwise known as a short-term stay. Any provider of IL, AL, ALZ or SNF care can elect to provide fully furnished accommodations to a person for a short period of time. Rates usually quoted on a daily basis and are typically inclusive of all services and amenities. RETIREMENT COMMUNITY – Housing designed specifically for mature adults. an apartment with stairs. She calls me at all hours of the day and night to come help her, I am frazzled trying to make sure her needs are getting met. Help.”

“My dad passed a year ago, he was our mom’s primary caregiver, us girls have been taking care of her full time since he passed. We have families, we have jobs, we just can’t do it anymore.” When the needs of an older adult become greater than the families’ ability to care for them, then most likely it is time for a change. Change is difficult for both the older adult and the family members who are caregiving. It is common for older adults to want to stay in their home, which can leave the family feeling guilty about no longer being able to honor their wishes. Moving an older adult into a senior community can ultimately bring relief to all concerned. The family transitions out of the role of full-time caregivers and back into the role of being supportive loved ones. The older adult now has a 24/7 support system in place to

ensure all their needs are being met. Easy access to meals and socializing are often the icing on the cake for older adults who move into a senior community. The process of finding the right senior community can be extremely stressful and time consuming. Every community is different, and your loved ones’ needs are unique. One way to make the search less stressful is to work with a free, local, Senior Living Advisor. A Senior Living Advisor assists with narrowing down the communities, checking availability, confirming pricing, scheduling tours, attending the tours with the family, and providing guidance in making an informed decision. When it is time for a change, enlist the support of a local Senior Living Advisor; you don’t have to navigate this difficult journey alone. ~
