Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 large avocados chilled • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder • 1/3 cup maple syrup • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings
• hazelnuts roughly chopped • sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice avocados in half and remove the pit. 2. Scoop out the flesh into a food processor. 3. Add the remaining ingredients. 4. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. 5. Test and see if you’d like to add any additional sweetener. 6. Divide the chocolate avocado pudding into four serving bowls. 7. Serve with your favorite toppings such as hazelnuts or sea salt.
