What is the difference between a tower in /Detroit/ and a tower in other /cities of America/?
This question concerning tower, which has not a very long history in architecture, brings a general Viewpoint to the project.Usually there are towers built downtown in order to create a special skyline for every city in America which is located alongside a river. But now in this project, we are facing a hybrid land which not only wants to be downtown but also become anchor point alongside the river. But Detroit is not a city without a border. It builds a certain border right where the site of the project is located. This certain cultural, morphological and programmatic border (African Americans and white Americans, American middle class dream houses and towers) displays the site’s features. Why doesn’t Detroit reconsider its river being a physical border and also a virtual connector and transform it to a platform which connects the small activity spots together? As a result, new forms of transportation, amusement, culture, economy and morphology will be created in Detroit. This tower can be the very first step which moves toward this interesting potential of Detroit, and transforms the river not only a physical border but also a path which connects different pointwise activities.

4.Rotating the remaining parts perpendicular to the river and producing a horizontal tower for inserting, public programs
5.Entering water into the site of the project.cutting the lower part of the public area, placing it on the water as an island for the water-related programs and retail.

PARAND CITYHALL
OBSE RVATION
Beginning of this city intertwined by the massive population growth of the capital city of Iran, Tehran.commutor cities emerged in the vicinity of the capital and started to inhabit the overburden population of Tehran. Parand city is one of them that had two development phases which one of them embed our site in it “ the incomplete city”.rapidness population growth of the city only left white apartments in neighborhoods and nothing more, A Tabula rasa. The Parand city Communal hall project is an inaugural step to provide this opportunity Parand Tehran notsleeping only for its residentsworking but also beyond its region, for the 15 hourscity. For this decision, 9 hours whole Parand Cityhall fulfilled with the agglomeration of programs such as museum, cultural center, greenhouse, restaurants and etc.the most crucial question is how to change the behavior of a city that already organized as a commuter city with this city hall.

WORKS HOP BRIEF
The form-finding mechanism is based on a rigorous and morphological process to describe a scientific approach. We aimed to approach design through the use of geometric modules as a means of subdividing space and think of architectural design as a balance between the overall form of a building and the units or parts out of which it is assembled. Each applicant or group of applicants selected from a given range of pre-rationalized components that they will dichotomize by the inherent spatial characteristics of the component. Through sets of experiments by manipulating and variating each of the defining geometrical parameters, students become familiar with the component and document a matrix-based catalogue of discovered configurations. The act of creation as the exploration of new forms refers to Humanizing architecture by reintroducing the human body as a measure for dimension and proportion. Also, to define a set of individual units that could be expressed within a larger interconnected part and the geometric relationship between dimensions.

THE HOME
Home begins to throw out its residents! Humans always adopt architecture to create shelter by utilizing their surrounding environment. In the end, these manipulations in nature create a rigid border between the interior space and its surrounding. By reverting this Diagram, the investigation in this delicate border begins. What would be the implication of such an inversion in Architectural Space? A Collection of Natural Elements in an Eclectic Guise would penetrate Artificial Space of Architecture and cause an Implosion. Implosion as such may change the Interior significantly; Hence People - as the Central Element of Architecture, both Physically and Conceptually - would be exiled into the Peripheries and try to live in the Resultant Space. The invasion of Natural into artificial Space creates a multifaceted Interior with various formal Qualities. In this manner, people no longer live in centripetal Space, instead, they are obliged to Discover the border between the natural and the artificial.
