Seppo Vainio

I am a scientists currently working in University of Oulu, in Biocenter Oulu running a laboratory targeting questions of oranogenesis. We also address pathogenesis mechanisms for example cancer. The interests in the lab are relatively wide but we focus in part to study Wnt signalling. I made my PhD in Helsinki University 1992 and moved to USA, to Boston to work at Harvard University 1993-1997. After this period I accepted a position in University of Oulu as a professor of Developmenal Biology. I am very interested about all acpests of science also in a broader sense - about reality, composition of the matetr and how complex organizations develop.
