Serhat Koç

Att. Serhat Koç (LL.M. IT) is graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. His practice focuses on the areas of Information and Communication Technologies Law, Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property Law as a legal advisor for ICT Companies. He has a strong academic record, as well as a keen personal interest in Internet and professional research on Internet related law practice. His specialization in different ranges of online services can be briefly expressed as an IT attorney at law and policy expert. He has been an in house lecturer for respected organizations and universities especially on legal infrastructure of the Internet broadcasting and citizen journalism. He also participated as a speaker at various national and international conferences and panels on Turkish Internet Law, Internet as new media, Internet censorship and fighting cybercrime.
