Landed properties such as terrace and semi-detached homes are the two top types of property that people were interested in. This indicates that many still preferred landed and spacious home for their families.

From the survey, most respondents are seeking for landed properties in the Southern Greater Klang Valley which offers bigger living space within their limited budget.

International University that makes Sountern Greater Klang Valley an international education hub with students flying in from all over the world.

This trend may also be due to the development of a network of new highways such as the LEKAS that allow easy access to the Southern Greater Klang Valley with ease and without heavy traffic. Another contributing factor is the rise of new prominent amenities such as the KLIA2 which is the world’s largest low-cost carrier terminal and educational institutions such as the new Xiamen University Malaysia and existing INTI

Looking at the saturation in the north of Klang Valley, it is only natural for development to head south in search of land and growth. Southern Klang Valley has now become the preferred location for developers, investors and general public since this location is easily accessible and is bustling with modern infrastructure and the rising employment opportunities.
