We celebrate the first 10 years of life of 100%Chef. I am astonished when I think about how these 10 years passed by. At the same time, when trying to sum up the best part of it, I do not know which milestone events to keep. Our history has been very intense, full of changes in the company, continuous experiences and life-situations shared in parallel with our personal lives. In 2008 we decided to found this company, with more hope than money, more ideas that products, more dreams than doubts. With the years and the experience, step by step we managed to put together a fantastic and unique professional team. This team made possible a company in constant brainstorming, full of enthusiasm to make things real, with an exceptional capacity of overcoming challenges and threats. I want to thank all the people, who during these years contributed to the development of this company. People who believed in our project, who helped and advised us at any time, also by putting aside their daily work to get involved with us helping to create something new. Our articles for the professional kitchen helped some of our suppliers to reinvent themselves with something new, helping them also to reborn their company without even realizing it. Some local workshops became soon the artisans of unique products that are sent to the 5 continents. These products have been published in gastronomy magazines, shown on TV, starred in movies: they are in the best restaurants and bars of the world. Hundreds of companies create with us to enrich our catalog today. I have a lot to be thankful for. Thanks to countless fellow chefs and bartenders who believed in our ideas from the beginning, when we were only a local company. Now they increased from a handful to thousands of professionals who use any of our products daily, making them special. Last but not least, thanks to our distributors that are the one that make our diffusion possible. Thank you all
Celebramos los 10 primeros años de vida de 100%. Uno se hace cruces de lo rápido que han pasado estos 10 años, pero cuando pretendo resumir lo mejor, no sé con qué quedarme. Nuestra historia ha sido muy intensa, repleta de cambios en la empresa, continuas vivencias y experiencias compartidas en paralelo con nuestra vida personal. En 2008 decidimos fundar esta compañía, con más ilusión que dinero, con más ideas que productos, con más ganas que dudas. Con los años y la experiencia, poco a poco hemos logrado juntar un fantástico equipo profesional, irrepetible. Este tándem ha hecho posible una empresa llena en ebullición, repleta de ansias de hacer cosas, llena de superación. Deseo agradecer a todas las personas, que durante estos años han participado en el desarrollo de esta empresa. Personas que creyeron nuestro proyecto, que nos ayudaron y aconsejaron en todo momento, que dejaron de lado su trabajo diario para implicarse y ayudar a crear algo nuevo. Quizás, al tratarse de artículos para cocina, les pareció algo diferente y atractivo a lo que hacían habitualmente pero sin darse cuenta poco a poco estaban también renaciendo su empresa. Algunos talleres locales pronto fueron los artesanos de productos únicos que se mandaban a los 5 continentes, productos que salían en revistas de gastronomía, en televisión, en películas de cine, que están en los mejores restaurantes y bares del mundo. No solo ellos, centenares de empresas son las que colaboran y enriquecen nuestro catálogo en la actualidad. Tengo mucho que agradecer, agradecer a infinidad de compañeros cocineros y barmans que creyeron en nuestras ideas desde el principio, cuando todo era tan solo una empresa local. Ahora ya no son unos pocos, con lo que debo agradecer a miles de profesionales que utilizan a diario alguno de nuestros productos.
