Overall amount of platinum-motif tableware on the market is relatively rare while manipulation with platinum is rather fairly complex. The process of manufacturing a hollow handle cutlery demands extra special operations. Knives can be made in at least two different styles. Sola Platinum cutlery is not stamped out of flat piece of steel like regular cutlery is. In case of Sola Platinum Line a stainless blade is inserted into a hollow steel handle and secured with an epoxy. Iron pressing and steel stamping are the most complicated phases of the production process but the result is an high end class product with unlimited potential of use across HORECA.

Chromenickel CNS 18/10 mark stands for the material consisting 18% chrome and 10% nickel or iron. The nickel presence guarantees the color resistance and shine of the cutlery. Chromenickel mixture minimizes corrosion eects but is allowed for parts not set for cutting. Nevertheless CNS 18/10 is of smoother character and therefore not suitable for blade construction. Relatively expensive material means the highest steel quality difficult to be hardened any-further.
