Unsweetened Almond Milk

Add all ingredients except the cacao nibs into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Zucchini (chopped, frozen) Chocolate Protein Powder Banana (frozen)

Pour into a glass and top with cacao nibs (optional). Enjoy!

Chia Seeds Almond Butter Cacao Powder Cacao Nibs (optional)

Use sunflower seed butter instead of almond butter and coconut milk or hemp seed milk instead of almond milk. This recipe was developed and tested using a plant-based protein powder.

Baby Spinach Cucumber Lime (juiced) Lemon (juiced) Apple (skin removed and diced) Frozen Mango Water

Place all ingredients together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Tropical Ginger Smoothie

Pineapple (diced) Ground Flax Seed

10 minutes

Place all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries into the blender. Blend for a minute or until smooth.

Ginger (peeled and grated) Baby Spinach Water Ice Cubes Blueberries

Pour 3/4 of the mix into a glass (or a mason jar if you are on-the-go), leaving some space at the top. Add blueberries to leftover mix and blend again for about 30 seconds. Spoon the blueberry mix on top of the green mix. Enjoy!

Chocolate Tahini Layered Smoothie

Oat Milk

5 minutes

In a blender, add the milk, banana, romaine, chia seeds, tahini and protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour half of the smoothie into a glass.

Banana (frozen) Romaine (roughly chopped)

In the same blender, add the dates and cacao powder and blend until smooth and creamy.

Chia Seeds Tahini Vanilla Protein Powder

Pour the chocolate layer over the vanilla and swirl to combine. Enjoy!

Pitted Dates Cacao Powder

Use another milk or milk alternative instead. Add frozen cauliflower to the vanilla layer. This recipe was developed and tested using a plant-based protein powder.
