The Outdoor Pool is the perfect place to come and relax. It offers a lazy river, high capacity spa, and tons of space to play in the sun.

Whether you sign up with a team of friends or join our Free Agency Program, there is a place and a sport for you in Intramurals. Play online in a Fantasy Football League or take it outside on the IMS Fields for many of our sports including soccer, flag football and softball.

If you are looking for something more active, take a leap off our diving board into the 12 foot diving well, swim laps, play water volleyball in the lap lanes, or take on your fellow Lumberjacks at water basketball in the open rec area.

Join us inside the Rec Center and HPE Complex for basketball, volleyball, racquetball, wiffleball & more! Make it your goal this year to walk around campus sporting THE Intramural Champion t-shirt.

Aquatics also offers lifeguard certification classes and private swim lessons.

INTRAMURAL SPORTS

Zumba, Yoga, Boot Camp, and Indoor Cycling are just a few of the many classes offered each semester, and they’re all free!

EMPLOYEE WELLNESS

To promote a culture that supports and improves the health and wellbeing of all University employees; all Employee Wellness offerings are free to all SFA Faculty/Staff.
