MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS Texts and layouts are accepted on CD-ROM; DVD-ROM, FLASH-DRIVE

COMMON REQUIREMENTS: 1.

Layout must be made in original size (in Document setup must be given cut size of page + 5mm from every side for a full-page layout; for a smaller layout an add on to its edges is not needed). 2. If you have multi-file layout, every file with all graphics must be in separate catalogue with its own number. Numbers must suit the order of the material. 3. Layout details that are going to be cut must be out of format on 3 mm, other elements must be no closer for the cut line than 7 mm. In case of building on a spring, clip or hotmelt glue, it’s necessary to define a shift from the border or page that won’t contain

important pictures or text, that should be visible after building. 4. Thickness of lines should be more than 0.2 pt. 5. Pictures must be imported via suitable for makeup program only. It’s FORBIDDEN to inserrt pictures through Clipboard. 6. The size of imported pictures must suit sizes that are used in layout (100%). 7. All colors that are used in layout must be in CMYK color model. 8. Using RGB and other models is forbidden. 9. Black text (especially small) must be 100% black without additional colors. 10. Max sum of elements in every point of layout should be less than 280.

Layouts in Free Hand, MS Word or PowerPoint are not accepted!

All text elements should be modified into graphs (Convert to Paths). Tell us about using overprint if you do use it. Raster pictures must only be in TIFF or PSD formats.

Copy of every imported raster picture must be delivered in a separate TIFF-file.

Raster illustrations are only taken in TIFF (without LZW) and PSD. File in TIFF format shouldn’t contain additional alpha-channels and paths except for those that are used for making layouts. Layouts, created in packages for working with vector graphic, shouldn’t be converted into raster illustrations (TIFF-file), because they can loose their clearness after print. Text (specially small: under 12 pt), must be only in vector format. Text presented as a TIFF file will be unclear (difficult to read). Resolution for TIFF file must be: 300 dpi for CMYK and Grayscale pictures , and 600 dpi for Black&White pictures;
