Ms. Rachel, a TikTok creator and teacher, has become a viral sensation for helping children by using musical and educational content, according to NBC News. She posts on YouTube, which has over 3.6 million subscribers, and TikTok, where she has over 2.7 million followers.
In one of her videos, she featured Jules, a musician who uses they/them pronouns, and faced backlash because of this. Parents deemed the content “inappropriate.”
One parent said in a video that she “had to stop watching” Accurso because of the pronouns.
