What is it that motivates us to make changes we know we should make? If you’re like us, sometimes those changes don’t come until we are more highly motivated. We have to dig deep down to find either the pain we are wanting to avoid or the reward we are seeking to attain in order to truly be propelled forward with commitments. This is the case in relationships, physical health, mental health, or social health. Something finally gets us to move outside what is “comfortable” to make those changes.
