2 Interpretation
reasonably and ordinarily be exercised by a skilled and experienced person complying with Legal Requirements engaged in the same type of undertaking in similar conditions and circumstances;
“Recognised Standard”: any technical, engineering or other standard, issued or published by any governmental body or professional or other institution, and generally recognised as applying to the gas industry in the United Kingdom or the European Union, as from time to time applicable;
“Registered User”: in respect of a Supply Meter Point has the meaning given to it in Section L paragraph 1.1 and in respect of a BSEP has the meaning given to it in Section G paragraph 2.3;
“SGN NG”: SGN Natural Gas Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08822715 and whose registered office is at St Lawrence House, Station Approach, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9HJ;
“SMP Confirmation Statement”: means the prevailing statement of that name published by the Operator for the purposes of Section L paragraph 8;
“SMP Response Statement”: means the prevailing statement of that name published by the Operator for the purposes of Section L paragraph 4;
“Supplier's Licence”: a licence for the supply of gas granted under Article 8(1)(c) of the Order; or in the context of any User or Applicant User the licence so granted to that User or Applicant User;
“Target CV”: in respect of a BSEP, the CV which a Biomethane Delivery Facility Operator is requested to achieve pursuant to the Network Entry Provisions in the relevant Network Entry Agreement;
“Transmission Exit Ratchet”: has the same meaning as "Ratchet Charge" as such term is defined in the NI Network Gas Transmission Code;
“Transmission System Operator – Distribution System Operator Agreement”: means the agreement of that name made between West Transmission Limited and the Operator;
“Transmission System Operator”: each of Belfast Gas Transmission Limited, GNI (UK) Limited, Premier Transmission Limited and West Transmission Limited and “Transmission System Operators” means all of them together;
“Transporter”: has the meaning given to it under the NI Network Gas Transmission Code;
“Upstream Gas Transmission Pipeline”: the transmission pipeline network of West Transmission Limited.
“User”: a person, other than the Operator, who is for the time being bound by the Code pursuant to the Framework Agreement;
“West Transmission Limited” is a company incorporated and registered in Northern Ireland with a company number NI073229.
