The Pearls of Promise Debutante Program is an honors recognition program for exceptional young women who are successful in their endeavors, serve as role models to their peers, and are future leaders of our community. It presents to college admissions officers and future employers that the applicant is active as a leader in her school and community, and is a highly respected individual who is committed to programs which serve others. Debutantes also develop a connection with a select group of women who are proven high achievers and invaluable resources for life. Through the program, debutantes undertake a year-long educational program with the following foci:
• Leadership Development
• Personal Development
• Networking • Mentoring
Debutantes also engage in a bonding experience that provides a lifetime of invaluable access to sorority members and other debutante program alumna. The experiences of a debutante last a lifetime and the benefits are immeasurable.
