Inclusive Practice: Alchemy - Transformation in Social Justice Teaching. The Inclusive Teaching & Learning Unit was developed in 2011 by Aisha Richards and Terry Finnigan for practising lecturers and student-facing staff to receive support in their Academic Practice. This academic year the Unit is celebrating being the highest self-selecting unit on the Pg Cert (Post Graduate Certificate in Education). As such, this publication honours the many Graduates of this Unit and presents the opportunity to share practice, offer reflection and discuss opportunities in the areas of social justice pedagogy.
