Hotel Sport became very popular during last 15-20 years. Every states and nation are willingly offer to become the host of any sport event. Local event such as Sukan Malaysia, Sukan Universiti, Sukan Mahasiswa and International events such as World Junir Cup, Asian Hockey Junior Cup are being recognises as an important event to attract politician, sport community, people tourist to come and visit sates and nation. It will not only boost the sport but furthemore it will create many more oppurtinities for local people. MAYC and other youth agencies related to the sport events were very interesting to do a Hotel Sport as it will benefits the sport communities and organizations. For this semester we had been given a task to design a HOTEL SPORT at Jalan Kompleks Sukan, Ipoh that has a built area of 2500 - sq.m + % for circulation and other spaces [not inclusive the conference/dining hall,hotel guest rooms and car parking.
