TYPEFACES 18
As new typefaces are created so frequently, which typeface (font) to use is the question in everyone’s mind. Maybe not everyone.
I used Lucida Grande font for my report.
Why bother if it is already Times?
19
Most people use Times New Roman for the text as it is the default font for most of the softwares including MS Office

Leading is what most people know as “line spacing. No leading results in lack of white space between lines making it difficult for the eye to track from one line to the next
Leading rhymes with heading, refers to the amount of added vertical spacing between lines of type.
29
Negative
This block of text has negative leading. It is harder to read as ascenders of some characters touch with descenders from the previous line
Auto
This block of text is set at Auto or Normal leading which makes it much easier to read. Auto leading seems to be efficient for large amount of text. If more leading is added, it makes less efficient use of vertical page space.
30
Additional
More leading is added to this text which creates a visual imbalance and is inefficient to communicate. It looks more like a different paragraph for each line than a paragraph as a whole.
