His early role as a QA Lab Technician involved stringent quality control measures, ensuring the integrity of chemical products, which quickly set him apart as a meticulous and competent professional. His promotion to QA Team Leader in 1999 allowed him to expand his influence, managing a team dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards until 2003.
