Chicken Manchurian Recipe
Chicken Manchurian Recipe is an Indo Chinese food, which is very famous in India. Its a starter however its a non vegetarian dish but its very tasty when cook properly. Here we are sharing step by step process to cook chicken manchurian. Ingredients: half kg boneless chicken 89 green onion 56 spring onion greens oil for deep frying 2 small cup soya sauce 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1 chopped garlic 1 small cup chili sauce 2 teaspoon vinegar 1 tablespoon corn flour 6 tablespoon chicken stock 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar 2 tablespoon tomato sauce salt according to your 1 /2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 packet Knorr Easy to Cook Chinese Manchurian Ingredient for marination: 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder 2 egg white salt according to your taste 1 /2 teaspoons gingergarlicgreen chili paste 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce 1 tablespoon allpurpose flour 23 tablespoon corn flour 12 tablespoon of water Marinate chicken with ingredient which is given above for 45 to 1 hours. Heat oil in deep fry pan. Make small ball of marinated chicken and drop in to the hot oil for deep fry. Fry in low medium flame until it become golden brown in color. Take out chicken balls with a slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper. Heat deep fry pan add oil, add the chopped garlic and saute on high flame for about 30 seconds. Add the chopped ginger and green chills and saute for a few more seconds. Add the green onion and saute for 3 minutes on high flame. Reduce to medium heat and add the chili sauce, brown sugar, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, Knorr Chinese Manchurian and vinegar. Mix it well and cook for 2 months. Add 1/4 cup chicken stock or water and cook for a minutest. Add the deep fried chicken balls and cook for 4 minutes. Add the corn flour water and cook, tossing the contents, for 45 minutes. Mixture will become thick due to corn flour. Add the chopped spring onion greens. Garnish with more spring onion greens. Serve it hot as a starter. For more recipe visit:
