Ingredients: 300 gm boneless chicken,4 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 egg, 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 3tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 cubed capsicum, 1 chopped spring onion, 1/2 lemon, 4 slices, pineapple, chopped, Salt according to your taste, Black pepper to taste, White pepper to taste, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour METHOD: Put chicken in a bowl and add 2 chopped garlic, white pepper, black pepper, salt, egg, flour and 1tbsp oil. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and fry it. Add capsicum, green onion and saute it. Combine yogurt, the ground masala paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and lemon juice. Mix well. Add the pieces of chicken, also add 2 tsp oil. When the rice are 3/4th done then drain and keep in the sieve. Cover the pan with the tight lid. Leave to cook for about 20-22 minutes on low flame.
