Enroll in 40-Day Transformation Weight Loss Program

As aiming to lose some pounds is an ever-popular New Year’s Resolution, Lidia Adkins, CFMP, DC, PKT, founder and CEO of Carolinas Weight Loss Institute, in Gastonia, suggests January is an ideal time to enroll in her 40-Day Transformation program. Physician-designed, highly affordable with no packaged foods, shots or stimulant drugs that’s administered to meet the unique metabolism needs of each individual, she attests that it achieves higher than normal success rates because it’s individualized and not generic.

The process consists of a free consultation with Adkins during which a proprietary metabolic analysis is conducted; creating a customized program based on the client’s unique metabolic type; and prescribing a custom natural nutritional formulation to enhance one’s unique metabolism.

“Don’t worry, this isn’t one of those diets where we take away every food you love,” says Adkins. “Your success simply requires you to follow our customized step-by-step plan. Although there are obvious benefits to exercise, it is not a vital component. Once we turn on your metabolism, it is not necessary to exercise excessively. It’s built on the framework of your unique metabolism which makes the process very scientific. Our patients experience rapid weight loss that stays off.”

Healing Energy of EESystem Now Open in Kannapolis

Sonny and Leslie Carl, managers of Scalar Health Enhancement Center, a project of the Free Spirit Humanitarian Church, opened a facility in the Kannapolis area in late December that’ll provide its Energy Enhancement System (EESystem). Designed by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, the EESystem uses scalar energy and other bio-active energy fields for frequency healing results that support a healthy body, mind and spirit. Her recent interview with Jason Shurka went viral and now centers are opening throughout the country.

The EESystem technology, that has been reviewed and researched by many leading doctors, physics professionals and other scientists, has been presented at many medical, scientific and other health conferences including the American Academy for AntiAging Medicine and the Radiation Oncology Committee Meeting.

According to Sonny Carl, by immersing in the 5th Dimensional Healing Zone that the EESystem produces, our body is unbounded by the restrictions of our perceived reality and can release energy from the blocks that keep it from operating at optimum efficiency. The result is that each time we inhabit the healing zone, our body is able to reach ever closer to its divine blueprint—physically, mentally and spiritually.

Cost: $45/hour. To arrange for a session, visit www.ScalarHealthEnhancement.com; the center address (private residence) is included with the appointment receipt. For more information, also call 704-920-0963 or 704-490-5483 and email Leslie@ScalarHealthEnhancement.com or SC@ScalarHealthEnhancement.com.

Open House Event at Organic Salon Lake Norman

Lea Casanova, owner of Organic Salon LKN, will lead an open house at her facility in Mooresville from 2 to 5 p.m. on January 15. She’ll meet attendees and speak about the many holistic-centered beauty services offered and products utilized at her salon which include brands Oway organic hair products, BeautyCounter clean skin and cosmetic products and Scout and Cellar cleancrafted wine.

“I don’t feel I am simply a hair stylist, but often a sculptor with my shears, or a painter with my brushes. Every day I am working with a fresh challenge. I appreciate each client for making that possible for me and offer the best possible salon experience in return.”

“Natural and organic lifestyle has always been a passion of mine; however, I found that part of the hair industry seemed to be lacking. [While] working in traditional salons and throughout my training, I could feel the effects of the highly toxic chemicals that were being used. I often was nauseous and sometimes dizzy after performing a simple color service. I knew there had to be another way, so I researched and dedicated myself to finding a better alternative. In 2012, I opened Organic Salon LKN with the intention of bringing that healthy alternative to my community. Come by and see if organic can work for you too!”

Location: 427 E. Mills Ave. For more information or to make an appointment, call 704-8836564, email OrganicSalonLKN@gmail.com or visit www.OrganicSalonLKN.com.

Four Shen Yun Performances in Charlotte

The North Carolina Falun Dafa Association (NCFDA) will present Shen Yun in Charlotte at 7:30 p.m. on March 2 through 4 with an additional 2 p.m. show on the final day at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center’s Belk Theater. The world’s premier classical Chinese dance company, Shen Yun is also a spiritual and uplifting revival of the beauty and goodness of China before communism.

New every year, the program depicts stories and legends of Chinese history including the 1999-launched brutal persecution against Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) followers by the Chinese communist government. Many of the scenes of persecution have been experienced first-hand by performance members.

The Chinese Communist Party has uprooted traditional beliefs and destroyed ancient treasures obscuring 5,000 years of civilization in China. Shen Yun was founded in New York in 2006 by a group of classical Chinese artists and Falun Dafa followers to revive traditional, divinely inspired culture of China. The performers’ source of inspiration is the Falun Dafa spiritual discipline which is rooted in ancient Chinese culture and incorporates meditation exercises, teachings of truthfulness, compassion, forbearance, self-discipline and selflessness.

Tickets start at $80. Location: 130 N. Tryon St. For more information or to obtain tickets, visit www.ShenYun.com/NC or call 800-382-1731. Use code AWKN23 to waive service fee. NCFDA holds free Falun Gong classes from 9 to 11 a.m., Sundays, at Reedy Creek Park (2900 Rocky River Rd., Charlotte) and Colonel Francis Beatty Park (4330 Weddington Rd., Matthews). For more information, visit www.FalunDafa-NC.org.

TorchBearer Tachyon Opens First Charlotte Area Tachyon Chamber

Adrienne Craighead, founder of TorchBearer Tachyon, in Cornelius, is honored to provide the unique healing properties of our area’s first tachyon chamber with a special offer for readers. The device helps clients achieve theta brainwaves when meditating, the deepest and slowest conscious waves that Tibetan monks practice for years to master, so clients can experience a deep and efficient meditation that positively effects their body, energy, emotions and mental health.

Adrienne serendipitously stumbled upon tachyons while researching a wide variety of possible remedies for depression and anxiety that was brought on by menopause and a malfunctioning thyroid gland. Her determination to find relief for herself and her loved ones led her to travel many hours to experience her first tachyon chamber in the spring of 2021. Her goal was simple: see if tachyons were worth adding to her toolbox of self-care remedies. To her absolute delight, she walked away having had a truly transcendent experience that helped her regain her physical balance, mental peace and spiritual alignment.

Regular cost: 45-minute sessions/$111, one-hour sessions/$135 and 75-minute sessions/$150. Natural Awakenings readers can use promo code JAN30 to save 30 percent off any session.
