03 About us!

Endless Popsibilities. Invented by a kid, loved by all. In 1905, a California native and 11 year old boy named Frank accidentlly left a fruity juice outside all night in the cold! He awoke the next morning to find his drink like a frozen icicle! And so....the popsicle was born! In 1989, Good Humor bought the rights to Popsicle, and continues to own Popsicle today. We are excited to continue to watch this company grow. There are endless popsibilities!

Our Logo.

THE ORIGINAL BRAND

If you look closely you’ll notice the hidden Popsicle in the second “P”! The dots originate from the original logo.

Logo 06

Our (other) Logo.

Circle logo This logo can be used for a variety of products and marketing tools. It’s great for social media icons as well as using for a simple brand mark when you don’t have room for the full logo. This logo can only be used in these five colors and must not be manipulated in any other way. We love this round logo and hope you love it just as much!

We love color! Who doesn’t?! The colors are each a specific shade and should not be changed. Use these numbers to ensure the exact color. Pure black can also be used.

HEADING: Typography is almost as important as the logo itself. We spent weeks searching for the perfect type and testing out dozens until we stumbled upon magic, Gunnar Bold. It has the perfect round and playful like shape and we simply can not get enough of it! Use this font for all Popsicle related products. We expect to see it everywhere.

SUBHEADING: “The Original Brand” is in the same fabulous font as “Popsicle”. The subheading is in all caps, however, unlike “Popsicle”. It’s important that we emphasize the fact that we were the first and original Popsicle brand and therefore the best. So don’t forget this important little subheading! It may be small but it makes all the difference!

POPSICLE

We know our logo is super exciting but there is no need to put it in all caps. Too much my freinds, too much.

Don’t:

p

Popsicle is the name of our company so make sure you give it proper credit and capitalize that first “P”! THE ORIGINAL BRAND

Do: First “P” capitalized and all the rest lowercase = our perfect logo! THE ORIGINAL BRAND

Hashtags 14

#BEAPOPSTAR #ENDLESSPOPSIBILITES #ROCKTHEPOP #POSITIVELYPOPSICLE Examples of fun hashtags to promote us! Puns are kid friendly and make people smile! When posting a photo on social media be sure to use hashtags to encourage audience interaction! Becuase who wouldn’t want to interact with us?!?!

15 Ads

Advertisements: We want everyone and their grandma to recognize this logo. Put it everywhere! This is one example how to use our other logo for an ad. It’s simplistic and we love it!

17 Don’ts

Don’ts: While we may not have many rules here at Popsicle, we do have a few to keep things nice and neat. Here are some examples of what we want you to avoid doing when you’re having fun with our logo! 01 Too much color! While we love color just as much as the next person, avoid adding a background color.

02 Lean with it!..not Avoid tilting the logo to any degree. We want to avoid people hurting their necks when reading our logo.

03 Woah, too much Never ever ever add a background picture to the logo. Too much to handle!

04 Come on now While this may be a great color combo, avoid using colors outside our specific color palette.
