Graphic Design Intern June 2017- August 2017
Reported directly to Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, and Public Information OďŹƒcer. Worked independently to develop graphics and promotional materials for special events. Graphics were later used for print and social media purposes. Had direct communication with internal clients in order to complete their graphics needs. Worked independently and collaboratively with senior graphic designers to create products such as event promotional materials and digital signage for CMS. Responsible for post production of products to include, final printing, mounting, and electronic delivery. UManagement LLC.

Worked directly with UManagement clients to develop visual identities for clients with start up businesses. Designed logos as well as developed social media campaigns for event promotions. Designed logo variations for UManagement during their re-branding.

Responsible for photographing underclass students (preschool - 11th grade). Leads a team of two or more photographers. Responsible for overseeing the church’s social media efforts, website updates, and weekly e-newsletter production. I also have the responsibility of finding new and innovative ways to stay connected with the church’s parishioners and those in the community. As a commissioner, I also hold a position on the church’s Vestry, the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property.
Celebree Learning Centers Summer Substitute Teacher Summers 2014, 2015, & 2016
Offered assistance to lead teachers during after school care sessions and summer camp. Assisted with supervision on field trips as well as day-to-day camp activities. Responsible for assisting with daily learning activities such as implementing lesson plans.

Publication Design
My PCOS Journey January 2017 Publication Design, Logo & Infographic Design, Campaign Design For my senior thesis I wrote and designed an informational booklet that details Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and my specific journey with having PCOS. It is very common for women to experience hormonal and endocrine issues. Many women are ashamed to address their health issues related to their hormonal and endocrine systems because they believe the issues make them less of a woman. It was my goal to use my designs in order to unite women who are facing similar issues. Over 7 million women have PCOS yet a large amount of the public has never heard of PCOS. I wanted to educate those who have never heard of PCOS as well as make those who do have it know that they are not alone.
Logo Design
Baltimore City Recreation & Parks June 2017 Logo Design & Advertising Design I created these graphics for Baltimore City Recreation & Parks (BCRP). I created graphics to promote BCRP’s take on National Park & Recs Month with the National Recreation and Parks Association (NRPA). NRPA provided the theme and color scheme. As the designer I pulled elements of the programs BCRP offers and showcased them through design. This project required me to develop a logo, Snapchat Geofilter, calendar, website slider, event flyers, and social media ads.
FLyer Design
Baltimore City Recreation & Parks July 2017 Illustration & Flyer Design This flyer series was created during my internship with Baltimore City Recreation and Parks. I created these flyers to inform the community that the Recreation and Parks Permits OďŹƒce was moving to a new location, the programs included in the Youth and Adult sports program, and all the services the ice skating rink has to offer. These graphics were shared via Baltimore City Recreation and Parks’ social media platforms. I utilized Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to complete this project.
Party In The Park Party In The Park August 2017 Flyer Design and Illustration This flyer and banner was created for a community event in Baltimore City. The goal of the event was to bring community members together in order to introduce them to community resources such as fitness classes, food pantries, healthcare services and much more. The structure of the event mimicked a community picnic so I decided to include the wood texture and plaid pattern in the background to resemble common picnic elements. I created the flyer in Adobe InDesign and the Illustrations were created in illustrator.
