III New Residential Dwelling - Technical Drawings 2022

The residential project I worked on, in collab oration with the lead architect, is a modern two-story house with a basement. As a key contributor, I was responsible for creating the technical architectural drawings necessary for obtaining the required permits.

The drawings encompassed various aspects of the house, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. These drawings showcased the layout and dimensions of the rooms, the placement of doors and windows, the structural components, and the electrical and plumbing systems. By meticulously preparing these drawings, we ensured compliance with building codes and regulations, facilitating a smooth permit application process for this new residential construction.
