To depart Mexico and return to the United States of America, a negative COVID-19 test must be taken and proof of documentation presented.

How to get your COVID-19 test while visiting Los Cabos?

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos will provide complimentary antigen tests required by the CDC to guests returning to the USA. The antigen test will be available on-site and free of charge for all guests staying for 3 nights or more in Mexico. Make an appointment to be tested on your first day at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos.

TESTING INFO Step 1: Fill out the tourist card online prior to travel OR fill it out on the plane. Make sure to keep the bottom half as it's needed for the departure flight.

Step 2: Before the trip or during the trip, pay the new Mexico Tourist Tax and download the voucher to show at the airport prior to departure. This can also be purchased with cash at the airport for $11. Step 3: Make an appointment for your COVID-19 test upon check in to Hard Rock Los Cabos Resort. Step 4: When COVID test results are received, if possible upload them to the airline’s app, and if available, fill out the attestation form. If not possible on the airlines app, make sure to have a printed copy of results with name as it appears on passport and birthdate correct. If attestation form is not on the airline’s app, print the form and fill it out and bring with for departure.

Step 5: 12 hours or less prior to departure, fill in the health questionnaire and screenshot or save the QR code. It is necessary to do a quick register on the website.

BELINDA JACKSON These last 2 weeks have been amazing. We made the decision to go to the place our ancestors were stolen from. Although I didn’t get the feeling Steve Harvey claimed he had nevertheless, it was still exceptional. From our game drives in Kenya to seeing an actual cheetah hunt and kill a wildebeest, surviving campliving (which ws amazing), visiting the Maasai tribe, the Kenyan women surround our vehicle to sell their goods, sunset cruise in Zanzibar, Slavery museum, Karen Blixen museum, the palace, market shopping (in the rain), and all the many other things we did (too many to spell out) I am humbled by this experience and even more humbled and blessed I was able to do it with you all.
