18 Ellerby Street is the first of 3 similar basement conversion projects in Ellerby street, Fulham, recently undertaken. The design includes a ‘secret’ glass bridge as a way of moving from the front reception to the rear kitchen and dining space and also a method by which further light and transparency can be brought into the heart of the home. A glass bridge leads one out fro the kitchen and dining space into the garden and a separate series of steps provide access to and from the basement.
