We are storytellers. Our photography is used to convey stories. Stories of time and place, stories of what we see in the world around us. In order for our stories to be clear we want to make sure they do not have elements in them that take away from the plot, that pull our attention away from our subject and what it is we're telling the story about.
Focusing on removing distracting elements from our images is the topic of this issue. We'll learn ways to do that both as we're shooting and also in post-processing.
BootCamp members share their images with us to show how they removed distracting elements from their images. Take a look at the images they've shared.
