your convenience , here are some details about our facility

Visiting Hours 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no restricted visiting hours. However it is recommend that family and friends visiting during residents’ waking hours.

Telephone Service Service is provided to patients in the HAAG Pavilion for a charge of $1.00/day. Cell phones are permitted, however Lieberman Center will not be responsible for missing or lost cell phones.

Mail Personal mail will be delivered to your room 6 days a week. Outgoing, stamped mail may be given to the Reception desk or Health Information Clerk at the nurses’ station for mailing.

Gift Shop The gift shop is located on the ground level.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, Noon – 3:00 p.m.

Hair Salon The salon is located on the second floor and offers various services. To schedule an appointment, please contact the Health Information Clerk at x3734.

Dining Services All food served by Lieberman Center is Glatt kosher and supervised by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc). If your family or friends bring you non-kosher food, please have it brought to your room only and consumed in your room using disposable utensils.

Snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day, please contact your floor staff.

Dining Room Meal Times Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Dinner: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Guest Meals: $8 Social Services Your Social Worker will meet with you shortly after admission to discuss your discharge plan. Your Social Worker will also schedule your Care Conference with the Interdisciplinary Team, this conference can be attended by up to two (2) of your family members or caregivers, if you would like them involved. Your Social Worker will also assist with post-discharge referrals to help with your transition to home.

Spiritual Services Lieberman Center offers a variety of ways to meet your spiritual and religious needs during your rehabilitation. All faiths are welcome, please discuss your spiritual need and observances with your Social Worker, our Rabbi and/or our Pastoral Care Chaplain.

Housekeeping & Laundry Environmental Services staff will dust, vacuum, dispose of trash and sanitize the bathroom each day.

Towels will be replaced as needed by your Resident Care Assistant along with your bed linens twice per week or as needed. Please contact your Resident Care Manager if your feel your room requires additional attention.

Laundry staff will label the clothing items you bring to Lieberman Center. Your family may choose to launder your clothes or the Lieberman Laundry Department can do them for you. If Lieberman will be doing your laundry, pick-up is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Your items are usually returned the same day.

Life Enrichment Social programs and entertainment are offered daily on every floor in addition to community-wide events.

Your Life Enrichment Services worker will provide you with a monthly calendar of activities and events.
