COMMUNITY SPECIFIC WEBSITE
Listings are disseminated from the MLS through ListHub to all the consumer websites including Zillow and Realtor. We have paid premium accounts on many of the most popular sites so that we have prominent positioning for our listings, and to make sure that we receive our leads directly and they are not "sold" to an outside agent. Keeping up to date Realtor Remaks in the MLS is also extremely important to agents so that they can provide additional knowledge and value to their clients.
It is essential to have a community specific website. Buyers want information at their fingertips. We can feature a community on the new homes page of the Gary Mercer Group website. We can also build out a stand alone webpage just for a community and purchase a site specific domain name.

FULL SERVICE MARKETING CINEMATIC VIDEOGRAPHY The modern customer wants to see the product in action. Video marketing is one of the most powerful tools in real estate today. The use of video to promote and market your community increases engagement on your digital and social channels, as well as educates and reaches your audience with the customer preferred medium.
REALTOR MARKETING We have a strong and long-lasting relationship with the local real estate community. We sucessfully stay top of mind by emailing flyers to 9300 agents in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Bucks Counties, local office visits and presentations at office meetings, in addition to realtor specific targeted Facebook marketing. REVERSE PROSPECTING We use a feature in our MLS where agents set up a home search for their clients. When a home matches any of their client’s criteria, the listing is emailed to the agent & client. We are always pulling updated lists of agents who have clients that match a particular community and staying in touch through emails, texts, calls and Facebook messages.

THE GMG NEW HOMES DIVISION TEAM SHARRA MERCER Licensed in 2004, Sharra Mercer began her career working for a real estate developer and builder, learning all aspects of the business from the land acquisition and approval process through sales of the final community. Sharra has sold real estate in Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. In 2018, Sharra sold 40 resale units and directed the marketing of an additional 50 new construction units. While Sharra enjoys a successful career selling real estate, her true passion is real estate marketing. Sharra is currently the co-chair of the Sales and Marketing Committee for the Chester and Delaware County Home Builders Association.
ERICA WALKER Prior to joining the Gary Mercer Group, Erica has successfully marketed and sold Real Estate for Ryan and NV Homes as a Senior Sales & Marketing Representative. Selling over 400 homes since 2005, Erica personally accounted for over $140 million in sales, ranking #6 nationally in the company during her 11 years of selling. Along with Chester County, Erica has sold real estate in Montgomery, Delaware, Berks, and Bucks Counties.
SHARON DIENNO Sharon has been a licensed realtor since 1997 with business in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties representing buyers, sellers and home builders. She acted as the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for numerous local and national builders with various responsibilities including; hiring and training sales agents, determining home product and pricing, interior finishes of homes, and all aspects of marketing of a new construction community. Additionally because of her many years of experience as a regional sales and marketing manager of a new homes division Sharon knows the ins and outs of buying new construction and can assist buyers of new construction with everything from understanding what is included in a model home to navigating a builder's agreement of sale.
GARY MERCER JR Gary Jr was licensed in 2005 and joined the Group the same year. He has worked full time in real estate since the very beginning providing him with vast experience. He attributes the success to his passion for delivering outstanding customer service and committing 110% to meeting his clients’ needs. Gary Jr. has proven he has a strong network of new construction buyers and an ability to find land development opportunities.
ALEX ERCOLE While establishing her career and selling over 150 homes in her 5 years with well known builders in the Southeast Pennsylvania market, Alex was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year,’ the ‘Most Outstanding Customer Service Award’, and became a ‘President’s Club’ award member. Alex’s area expertise, energy, creative negotiation skills, and strong work ethic make her a fantastic addition to the GMG: NHD. Along with Chester County, Alex has sold real estate in Montgomery, Delaware, Berks, and Bucks Counties.
DAN MCINTOSH Daniel A. McIntosh, Jr. is celebrating 30 years in the Real Estate industry and has sold over 1000 homes in the Greater Philadelphia region. Dan has been awarded the 5 Star Real Estate Agent designation 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015, 2017 and has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine as a 5 Star Real Estate Agent. He has a keen understanding of cutting-edge technology, negotiating skills and business development. Specialties include: residential sales, multifamily/small commercial & a background in foreclosure real estate sales and management.
RON MINGES Ron is a Graduate of Lock Haven University. He is a commissioned officer in the US Army(Ret).He has been a Realtor since 1991. In his 29 years of Real Estate he has gained great experience in Traditional sales, New construction sales, REO sales Investor purchasing and flipping, Land Development and Commercial Sales. THE GMG OPERATIONS TEAM GRAPHIC DESIGNER - ANGIE WELDON We employ a professional graphic designer to create all of our marketing materials that will introduce the community to both the buying and real estate audiences, as well as our ongoing campaigns.
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER - JASON DEAL An in-house, extremely talented phtorapher/videographer, provides conent for updates on construction, individual property photos, areas, video and communicty videos.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING MANAGER – HANNAH RESENDIZ The social media and marketing manager will utilize the graphic designer's artwork in both online advertising and print materials. Each community or home will be highlighted using our specific event and marketing initiative campaign under the direction of this manager.
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR – BRITTANY WHITTAKER The transaction coordinator will take over each property as it goes under contract. They will be in contact with the builder, buyer and all associated parties to make sure that the transaction moves along smoothly. The transaction coordinator will be in constant communication with the Sales Team so that everyone is up to date on all aspects of the sale.
INSIDE SALES – BOB NOVOTNY Our ISA is in place to receive all incoming calls and leads on your new construction project with a goal of setting an immediate appoint for the sales team. They will be educated on all of the aspects of the builder's history, details of the homes being built and the finishes and features being offered. They will be able to answer all potential buyers questions and keep them updated on the progress of the community until such time that they buyer is ready to speak with one of the Sales Team.
